The children were really engaged in the Quidditch assembly and activities and had an excellent day.

Great resources and lots of fantastic ideas and information. The OAA is well placed to become a real strength of our school. Looking forward to the whole school being even more learners.

The Enrich staff were great with the children. The activities were all explained really well and prepared the children for the matches later on in the day. Children of all abilities could easily access the games played and there were lots of things happening to include all the children. They all thoroughly enjoyed the day and were able to be successful no matter what their level of skill.

Set up and training was done in a day.
Toby discussed with us what we wanted and where the controls were to be placed.
The training was fun and informative.
Lots of further information and resources on the hub.
Well worth the money!

The team that came in for our Quidditch experience were amazing. They started the day with an assembly where some of our Y6 children were chosen to wear the sorting hat. The whole-school were then placed into teams: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff where points meant prizes. The team took the time to introduce Quidditch in the basics for each class and then built on with each step, meaning they could play a full game by the end of the lesson. Who would have thought you could play Quidditch without the magic? We finished the day by announcing the strongest beaters, chasers, keepers and seekers and announcing the overall winners of the trophy. The children absolutely loved the experience and I would strongly recommend it to any school who wants a 'different sport' to try out!

The process of mapping and installing the course was fully explained to us as a school and we were very much involved with the planning of this. Training was hands-on, engaging and thorough. Staff were really enthused by the activities and the scope of learning links and differentiated activities on the hub. We can't wait to start using the course across the school with our children and school community.

training was great, set up was fab.

It can be difficult to hear verbal explanations in a sports hall. This is always a nightmare and something the children won't be used to. I thought having lots of staff on hand really helped with this. As we went further round it was lovely to see lots of your team actively stopping the children who didn't seem to understand and re-explaining. In most cases, when we voiced some of the children couldn't hear and could the instruction be delivered again, staff were very supportive.
We would have liked more structured skill and technique building in the morning.
With so many schools attending I can see it was a great opportunity to play a lot of matches. Unfortunately, this did mean there was a lot of waiting around. We felt the tournament went on for a long time and the children (who were very keen) became restless. I feel a maximum of two consecutive games off pitch is their limit.

Excellent delivery, very professional

All staff thoroughly enjoyed the CPD training. From start to finish, the instructor, Luke, was very professional and did an awesome job! The children love it already!

We now have a bespoke orienteering course with potential for loads of outdoor activity and fun. The process from start to finish was clear, simple and effective, and the staff training session has motivated and empowered teachers to plan their first sessions. Great use of sports premium funding to inspire and engage the children!
