Great product BUT terrible service
Great product BUT service is apparently not their strength. They shipped the wrong item to me, and I reached out to get them to send the correct item. I provided the order number and sent photos (at their request) of what I did receive in lieu of what I ordered. I was told to wait until they figured it out. No offer of replacement, no offer of refund, no action at all....just "don't call us, we'll call you." There is no actual phone number to call, no contact information except an email address and a chat line, and no way to find anyone who can actually do anything. Most companies could have addressed this matter on the spot, preferably by sending a replacement. I love their masks but this may be my last purchase of anything from them.
