Enroute Driver did not help put shopping bags in the boot just stood and watched. All other Enroute taxi drivers help. Once at destination I asked for the shopping to be dropped off at the door he left it far away from the door, even though I picked up the other two shopping bags myself.

Diver 264 pick me up from Northampton train start, on time very helpful with explaining the pick up location! Would definitely recommend using them again.

Driver 718 was on time and was overall a good taxi experience

He went to the wrong stadium but got to us quickly after and got us to the train station for our train home, thanks to his knowledge of back roads. Very friendly. Thank you.

The taxis never turned up

Despite having booked well in advance and paid at the time of booking, the pick up taxis were a no show. Despite Enroute phoning us to confirm details before the pick up and numerous calls asking where the taxis were and being assured they were on the way, 25 minutes after pick uptime Enroute cancelled the booking! The only saving grace was we did get our money refunded, but had to make alternative arrangements to get there. We arrived very late. A great start to my wife's 70th Birthday celebrations

For our return the taxis did turn up, but they had been booked by Enroute via Uber according to the driver. Could have saved ourselves money too by using Uber direct.

I booked and paid for 2 vehicles for 11 people. They sent one six seater vehicle and a four seater vehicle. One person had to walk. Not happy
