Customer service with this company is fantastic! A friend recommended Enso Rings to me after my fiancé and I got engaged. Shipping was fast, the rings were affordable- which I love. But my ring wasn’t the right size. They offered to exchange my ring for either the same or a new one, and told me I didn’t have to worry about sending my old one back. Wonderful experience and I understand why my friend recommended them!!! She also mentioned that after 2 years of wearing, her ring is holding up pretty well. She got the warranty to have it replaced if need be and I will as well. Thank you Enso!

Love the designs just don’t love the durability. I have multiple rings from enso. Their designs are all well done and intricate. Just each ring has ended up cracking or ripping and breaking at some point.

Customer service has been more than satisfactory and has replaced multiple rings.

I probably won’t be getting more but they’re definitely worth at least checking out.

Ordered a Kylo Ren ring, and was thrilled when it arrived. Fit perfectly, and looked really nice. However, only a few short weeks later it started coming apart. I work an office job, so my hands are not exposed to harsh conditions. Very disappointed in this product, and couldn’t return because it was a clearance item at the time of purchase.

Customer service was amazing! My ring broke and was no longer available for a refund. I contacted customer support and they requested a photo and that I withdraw get store credit. Turns out I had lost the ring when I thought I'd put it in my purse. Company reached out a week later with a follow up email about my photo. I responded that I couldn't find the ring so I just bought a new one all together. I thought it was so sweet that the company reached out for a follow up and that that'd be the end of it. They then refunded me a portion of my order total as a thank you. I can't praise this company enough for going above and beyond!

I love enso! They are so convenient and fairly priced and have a ton of options! I am a very active person and have lost my wedding ring multiple times. With enso rings I have multiple rings and can easily grab another one out of the drawer to honor the commitment I made to my spouse.

I have many different rings from them and have never had an issue using the lifetime warranty when needed! Customer service is so helpful!

I ordered a ring (sugar skull ring) and after a year, it started to rip. The company helped me find my order number and they stood behind their lifetime warranty (covers rips/tears) and mailed me a new ring.

Took my money, returned for a replacement and still have no update and it’s been a month. I have sent SEVERAL emails with no response. You try and call their number and it goes straight to a voicemail telling you to leave a message. Will NEVER shop here again. Worst customer service or lack there of.

Bummer. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. They are very expensive for basically a jelly ring. Sure, they're shimmery like their ads show, but they're also itchy and trap water underneath so you get kind of a patch of raw skin under. Not worth the price.

Two years after purchase I put in for a warranty because the ring was literally ripping. So there is serious lack of quality for a person who wears their ring everyday even though I don't know for sure how long high quality silicon rings take to fall apart and enso's blog claims it can take "years" to break down. Well two is the number of years. Next is the fact that two years ago when I bought the ring I chose/got the 5-7 day flat rate shipping for free. After processing the warranty they want $5.99 for that same free shipping. So each time you want to replace your ring on their lifetime warranty you will be $5.99 when it should be free. I'm not sure if I want to keep doing that if I can get a whole set of silicon rings on amazon for $10.(although I don't know if the amazon ones will break down in less then two years) Silicon is more comfortable but titanium is the best way to go if you cannot afford tungston. Wow way to waste company time replying with what I already said. How intelligent! I'm not sure what planet you live on but on this one it's is not a lifetime warranty if people have to pay money every time they replace the ring.

I got the ring and it didn't appear as the picture notated. The rep said all rings are and crafted and will not look the same, but it just was my desired look and the other rings were not what i was looking for, so asked for refund. The answer was no.
I would maybe stay away form them. It was only $ 31

I should have looked here first before ordering!!
Their tracking email said the package was delivered and gave the date and time. I didn’t receive the package and none of my neighbors did by mistake either. I have proof there was no delivery as there was no motion detected by my video doorbell at the time of supposed delivery.
It’s pretty telling when there’s a link for “Don’t see your package”

The rings are too expensive for the quality they offer. €40 for a cheap piece of silicine that frays on the edges and looks nothing like the photos on the website. Had to pay the shipping fee to return the rings and they won't refund my money. They initially said the refund for processes and the money should be available on my bank account in five days max, it's been 12 working days and still no money. AVOID.

I have to give it 1 star, I purchased a ring from enso rings back in early Aug, 6 weeks ago. Still I have not received the item. When I email enso all the tell me is to look at the tracking number, do enso not think I'vetried tracking it. Still No ring and still no offer of a refund when I requested it. Shame on Enso, keep the money now! And your ring where ever it is.

Ordered a ring from them. One of their Lord of the Rings series. What I got looks absolutely nothing like what they use in their photos. The color is coming off but even worse is the ring has a tribal design in it that is supposed to be black with silver everywhere else on the ring. It’s a blob of black with silver around it. The design doesn’t even continue around the whole ring. It has a gap in the design which looks terrible if the ring spins around while wearing it. Should’ve sent it back the very first day so that’s my fault. Never ordering anything else from them again. No replacement, no exchange just a warranty left so why would I want another one that isn’t as advertised? They got their money and I got some silicone junk.

Me and my husband have had our rings for about 6 months and love them. My first pick was too big so I asked for an exchange and my new one was here within the week. Very durable. Would buy again:)!

Ordered ring to be shipped to Canada for my anniversary. Rings hasn’t shown up, Canada Post says they can’t do anything and to contact sender. Enso allows you fill out a form or use the text line. Well, their customer service text line is useless because no one is responding after numerous messages and they answer their form after 24 hours. So much for speedy customer service.
I just want my refund, as since I’m waiting for a response, I’ve already purchased a replacement ring elsewhere and it’s being delivered tomorrow. So thanks for all that “service”

Ring lasted three months and has completely worn out. Not worth the money at all.

Ne vous laissez pas avoir par les beaux design des pub ! Bague en silicone extrêmement fin, je doute de la tenue dans la durée ! Très déçue !! Vu le prix je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux, surtout quand on rajoute les frais de port (environ 10€) et la très désagréable surprise de devoir ajouter 17€ de frais de douane à la réception !!! Honteux de ne pas avertir les clients de ces frais supplémentaires !!!

Bought a set of rings 3 months ago for my wife's birthday and one of the silicon rings started getting tears. Reached out to support and we couldn't get a refund for the defective ring nor could we get a replacement ring for free. Service didn't address my question to speak to a manager and left me feeling like I wasted my money on these rings. If you purchase a ring from Enso, don't expect a good quality product and customer service is non existent.
