Enthuse were easy to get hold of. I spoke to Rishika who was very friendly and efficiently answered my queries

What was great was that someone got back to me during the Christmas holiday period, when I need ed some urgent assistance.

In my work with Tiglin, I used Enthuse for all our donations needs. The platform had everything we could possibly need. The membership fee is reasonable, considering how much you can get out of it. I definelty recommend. What's a good thing, you own the data and all the contacts who donate. Which helped a great deal, the likes of GoFundMe don't provide this valuable data, they keep it for their own benefit.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Amanda for their exceptional help and assistance on the Enthuse fundraising platform. Their dedication and professionalism were evident throughout our interactions, and their support made a significant difference in our fundraising efforts.

I had not received my receipt for a donation and I needed it for gift aid records. It turned out to be because I had made a typo in inputting my email.
I received prompt and efficient service is sorting this for me and now have my receipt.

Very impressed by the scope of this platform, as an alternative / addition to existing ones our charity use for fundraising, donations and events. The ability to create pages which follow our brand design and therefore look integrated within a website is great, and the virtual event options are a creative addition to any events calendar. We really appreciated the caretaking by Jared, who provided a thorough run-through the site and the user experience, and was quickly to respond to queries and provide assistance.

Very quick and efficient response to my issue, which was sorted out within minutes.

The team at Enthuse were very helpful and supportive with working through a backdated Gift Aid Claim.

Good communication - timely

Just tried to donate to my niece for a charity but these con artists are trying to force me to "tip" them at least £2 on top of the donation?? So they make money off of charity donations? N call it a tip to keep ther website running. Utter nonsense. Better off using a bank account, at least people donating won't have to pay extra. Just got an email asking me to give this company my personal details to verify my experience??? How will my name and phone number verify anything?? Trying to have my review removed because its true

Had quite a few issues with my donation page. Rishika Bhalla was incredible - felt like a one to one service as she was super efficient and ironed out all the issues. Great service from Enthuse.

I had a query about how we could use a donation button for a one off project and the customer support agent was extremely helpful and supported me to make a specific checkout for our charity, outside of our usual use.
