We recently made a donation after our friends recent passing. Unfortunately we made an error on the online donation when writing a personal message. I emailed enthuse the problem and thankfully Danielle Taylor corrected my error at great speed.
She made me feel at ease again, after a restless night thinking about my online error, with her kind words in her reply to me.
Losing a loved one is always hard, but when you have someone with respect and empathy helping you it makes a huge difference.

If I could give no stars I would. As others have written they ask you right away to help with processing fees! Whatever, came out to $12.50, I didnât mind! A few days later I look at my bank statement and I see $152 instead of $112(original donation was$100). Anyway complained to enthuse and they said it wasnât them it must be the bankâs fee. Call my bank and they said absolutely not. No transaction fee for a donation. Put in a dispute even though Enthuse was still claiming they didnât do it. Well the bank went after them and I received my $40 back! It was Enthuse and no apology offered. Be very wary of them! Itâs a shame because itâs a great cause!

Iâve just made a donation for a friend whoâs doing the great South run. I pledge £25 and when I came to pay, it was £30. They took a £5 tip! If this was somewhere in the user journey, it was very hidden and definitely not clear. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this organisation. Feels like a scam.
