I had a fantastic experience with Enthuse — their support team responded quickly and with such kindness. I’d made a small error in a donation message, and Emma Smith sorted it out straight away, with genuine care and attention to detail. It meant a lot to have something so personal corrected with empathy. Thank you again, Emma you really went above and beyond!

I has an issue when I registered to take part in a fundraising event, and the support team not only resolved my issue, but very promptly.

I'm a participant in a charity event later this year, whose fundraising is hosted by Enthuse - so far, the experience has been totally positive. Registration was straightforward, and there is a secure but user-friendly system for editing and publishing personal and team news on our page. Enthuse also has a super-helpful customer support team, who have very quickly responded to and solved the two queries we have raised with them. This has enabled us to focus on our team's training, and on disseminating our news with easy links to the donation point. A first-rate service!

The Enthuse team are always incredibly helpful and very quick at answering/responding to any queries. This is always appreciated as a lot of our work is time-sensitive. Emma Smith and Rishika Bhalla have both been particularly helpful and extremely professional recently, and I really value their support.

Ms Danielle Taylor, your Support Provider came back to me, promptly, re my 2 sets of issues that I had -

No complaints at all! Our account manager, Priya, is always helpful and prompt to respond.

They make it nearly impossible to avoid "tipping" them for the service of donating to charity. How much does it really cost to process all the payments? Certainly not £4 on top of any donation received. Scam artists leeching of peoples generosity.
