Carpets cleaned in 4 rooms.
I had carpets cleaned in 4 rooms yesterday. 2 of the rooms had never been cleaned since they were fitted 18 years ago. The results were amazing and Darren who did them was very nice and professional. The cost was within a price that I could afford as a person on a pension.

I would normally have given 5 stars asâŠ
I would normally have given 5 stars as the initial carpet clean looked good and I was impressed at first. However, when I arrived home later the same day, there were soap bubbles coming up in one patch of the carpet when brushed, which clearly suggests excess detergent was left behind.
I messaged the carpet cleaner straight away. I was told this was ânormalâ and that I would be charged £75 for him to come back. I wasnât asking for extra cleaning â only a plain rinse to remove the residue, as it was clear a strong chemical had been used in that area.
Unfortunately, I wasnât happy with how this was handled. Being told bubbles are normal and then being asked to pay for a correction on the same day doesnât feel right. Disappointed with the staff response, as this could have been resolved easily.

Turned up on time explained the process & got straight to work.
Excellent attitude, very friendly & professional manner.
My carpet looked like new when finished & I was given further advice on what not to use & how to take care of my carpet between cleaning.
