I bought a dozen for my kids. I have never been more satisfied with their service. You'll get response right away. My kids are now relaxed and are now sleeping in a proper neck posture. I will buy more next time but with different type! Thanks!

Have purchased a few pillows over the years. This is by far the best. And it really has improved my complexion

The experience dealing with this eCommerce site and the managers was extremely poor to say the least. They cancelled my order "suspecting" that my order was fraudulent just because the shipping and billing address were different. Before cancelling, as part of their "verification" process, they sent me a random text and a random Facebook message without identifying they were from Envy Pillows. They have also asked me to send them a photo of my drivers license and a photo of my credit card statement to validate my identity and purchase. I'm sure the product is good...if one could trust the distributor to actually deliver it.

I bought 2 of the copper infused face masks at the beginning of the pandemic and liked them so much I bought more for my whole family. They are very comfortable and easy to care for. I especially like that there is no wondering how often to wash them -- only when they are dirty. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Very expensive, but I think worth it. It has gotten rid of my sleep lines and some sagging around my mouth caused from the pressure on my face by my former pillow.

I was very excited to try out the Envy Pillow after reading all of the rave reviews. I am 52, so I thought it would be a good idea to start sleeping on my back to decrease the formation of face wrinkles and this pillow seemed like the ideal way to start.

HOWEVER, after trying it for a full month, I can honestly say it is the MOST uncomfortable pillow I've ever tried. The neck support (even the small end) was too high for me, and made my neck sore, and the pillow itself was so hard that the back of my head would start to ache.

I did persist for a full month, thinking that I would eventually get used to it. But after a month of almost no sleep, and waking up with headaches and being grouchy and exhausted all day, I finally had to concede defeat.

I went back to my own regular pillow and am again enjoying a restful sleep. I guess I'd rather be wrinkly and happy than be unwrinkled and exhausted/cranky with a headache.

PS I bought this pillow at Beauty Boutique at Shoppers Drug Mart, and despite Envy Pillow saying they accept returns, Shoppers does NOT take returns so I was unable to return this pillow.

I really like the addition of the adjustable nose wire and find the mask very comfortable, especially when wearing it for hours. I also think they look decent, as masks go.

My copper Envy Pillow mask is my fave. It's my go-to. It's more comfortable and fits better than any other mask I've tried.

I've had the envy pillow for about a month now, and wow -- it's honestly the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. The memory foam is so soft, and the shape really supports my neck and shoulders. And: No creases in my face when I wake up. It's very pricey (by far the most expensive pillow I've ever bought), but so far it seems worth it.

SUPER QUICK delivery. Great service. I LOVE my envy pillow. I bought this pillow to help with my TMJ it seems to have helped keep my face relaxed and my TMJ has improved. I am buying the travel pillow now.

I love the comfort, fit, and copper woven masks. I have purchased 3 different colors of the masks over the past few months for my famiy and recommend them - particularly for the antibac / antimicrobiol properties of copper to help prevent mascne and oral health issues.

Excellent masks for the troubling times that we are in.

I thought this mask would be a great investment but it has been an unpleasant experience. Upon our first wear of the mask, my partner and I noticed a metal smell coming from the nose wire that we were not expecting the mask to have. Sweating from the thickness of the mask only exacerbates the problem of the metal smell. Also, during the first wash of the mask and following directions to the T, my partners nose piece broke when it was laid flat to dry. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement or refund and was mocked and told they never heard this complaint before and the nose wire is made of aluminum so they don’t understand the “metal smell”. Definitely not the best customer service and I was not given very good solutions to the problem. First, I was offered a replacement nose wire which is sewn and stitched into the mask and a 15% off coupon. After I responded back that I was not satisfied with these options, I was then met with the option to return for refund but at my time and expense to ship it back. If it’s defective just replace or refund without the hassle! This is not my first time shopping here, I also own one of your most expensive pillows, the Copper Envy. Please learn to treat your loyal customers with some respect and appreciation.

This is by far the most comfortable mask that I own. I can wear it for hours on end without irritation. The soft ear elastics also make it very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Although more expensive, I would highly recommend!

The masks a so light and breathable and I never have any break outs when I wear them. Love these masks!

I purchased 2 sets of of the enVy Copper Masks by NatuVerex, 1 each of S/M and M/L for myself snd my husband. We were both disappointed as the masks did not fit very snug on the face and stretched out even more should you need to pull it down even a couple times. Also the edges of the bendable nose bridge are just sharp enough to begin to wear through and tear the fabric on both sides. We are both average size and used them for only 1 week before they were sliding down our faces and the nose bridge was causing slight tear in the material. At $60.00 per set I expected them to fit and hold up much better I would NOT recommend.
