Chime too quiet, I have it on maximum setting Do not buy. I have tried to buy remote chime separately but to no avail. They say the only remote chime that works with their unit is their one and it is not available separately So I now have useless piece of technology

SCAM! Dont buy this doorbell! Complicated setup, does not always noify, delays on notification when it does. Ecom7 returns policy states product must be unused replacements and it statesbotj 30 and 14 day returns!! (See other reviews) .

Bought after seeing a review online rating it the best but upon investigation both review site and reseller based in China. You can also find the same model being sold under the App. Name "Tuya Smart Door" for £30!

Purchase this doorbell in Oct 2023 from Ecom7 limited. There was many times it would display offline and I would have to recharge batteries to get it working again and reconnect to the Internet! I can no longer get it to work..
I emailed the company on the 18th March they replied back asking for a video which I could not send so sent photo instead I've heard nothing back!

Wasted my money on this product it's not as easy to setup as it claims and only works on 2.4ghz I should have read the reviews on trustpilot first don't buy this one there are far better door bell cameras out there.

Had to press 1 star to complete my views but these enway smart door bells are not worth the 1 star . NOT easy to set up, the jargon is mind numbing.To say peace of mind is a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS EVEN AT HALF PRICE. THEY ARE NOT WORTH GIVING AWAY.

Waste of money, false advertising as doesn't do what it is supposed to. Trying to return but not getting any answers on phone or via email. Well that's money lost, will read up on reviews more thoroughly next time.

This is my first video doorbell and I read ots of reviews before buying this. Initially I was irritated by the tiny instruction book that came with it. Hoever, once it was up and running I love it. It is really clear and I love all the options of ring tones. The battery life I have exerienced is very different to what ive read here. Mine is now being charged for the first time and I bought mine in October . so its lasted 2 months. I have found if I keep viewing the videos 'for fun and experimentation that it drains the batteries. So Im now being more sensible

Total waste of money if I had known how crap it is I wouldn't have bought ,was told i had 14 days to return but I had left it to late totally and utterly useless

Absolute rubbish could not get it to pair with my phone after it came offline. Absolutely no instructions when you go to help on it they say refer to above on how to make the light blink fast and their is no above. You need a magnifying glass to see the instructions so how they say old people can install it is a joke. It tells you to scan the QR code that comes on your phone it does not appear What a waste of £85 could have drank it and did it up the wall and had a better experience.

This doorbell camera seemed like a bargain but you get what you pay for I suppose. Battery life has been 6 weeks, so this can be inconvenient because the camera must be taken down to recharge. This camera originally worked on WiFi but lost connection at some point and now my phone app (tuya) simply will not recognise the camera. Online support is elusive (ie cannot be found). Not really a bargain. I wish someone would produce some guidelines for this product. 😟

RUBBISH ... Wish I had seen this before I bought this piece of kit and I would have saved 85 quid.. fore ever charging the batteries ...

I wish I had checked this site before buying it. I didn't realise I needed to buy a separate chimes until the doorbell arrived. I immediately tried to order one online but it wouldn't allow me to without ordering another doorbell. Customer Services have been useless, sending me the same cut and paste response telling me they advise customers to buy both together. One email told me to buy chimes somewhere else though the accompanying leaflet stated that no other chimes are compatible. When I asked if that were true or not I received the same broken record response as I had before with out an answer to my question.

Total rubbish product. Do not go near.
I bought this doorbell because there is no monthly subscription required but it is such poor quality that it's not worth keeping. The delay was very long and the battery lasted only just over a week.
Pathetic.

Inconsistently detects movement at the PIR and the lag to the app notification means we have had a lot of missed calls and deliveries. It's rendered even more useless without the chime but apparently you can only buy this with doorbell at time of purchase. I asked to but it separately and they refused! Complete clown show.

Code so can’t pair it with phone. Can’t even use it with a chime only as computerised voice continually states that the device is ready to begin pairing. Only taking out the batteries will stop the constant repetitions but that renders the doorbell useless as well. Company sent link to online instruction manual. Same as minuscule one provided in the box. I am doing exactly what it says. Wasted hour upon hour upon hour on this disastrous purchase. DO NOT BUY.

We ordered the doorbell and installed it fairly easily. Three weeks later the battery was running out continuous, even when the motion sensor was disabled. Enway sent me a new bell which has been fine battery wise, however doesn't always work ! We have had people at the door and the device does not detect them.

If u live in UK do not purchase this product as operates on 2.5G and we operate on 4G. No where in literature dose it state this fact. Tried to return product via customer service but told it had to be returned within 14 days but in their literature it said 30 days.
Thought this was a German company but is yet another CON as Chinese company based in China. STAY AWAY.
