En payant avec EPay je n'ai pas bénéficié du dispositif de sécurisation de mon paiement par la réception d'un code par SMS. Pourquoi ePay contourne ce dispositif de sécurité forte ??

Don't call their Customer Service number!!! It is an 0844 (Premium Rate) number. Their service reps are incentivised to keep you on the line for as long as possible - and you are paying 60p - 70p a minute. Good businesses never use premium rate numbers for customer service.

I world like to make a report on idk even know who I spoke tho I wash telling her my issues with the card and she is telling me to contact my employer them hang up when i tried calling back no one answered my phone number is 8763174553 I called around after 2pm thats very not nick cause i am frustrated and just trying to get some help

Scammers I sent the money and they said its not paid

They promise remittance with 1-2 business days. But when its stuck at pending for more than 3 days, no response from customer service, they just say we are monitoring and will get back to you on progress. What's the use of having a customer service team , when they can't help in getting remittance on time.

Not a good company to deal with. Stay away. Let them figure out why.

Katastrophe! Ich wurde heute mehrmals einfach ohne Ankündigung in die Warteschleife "weggedrückt", weil der Mitarbeiter einfach keine Lust hatte meine Fragen zu beantworten.
Hier werden Reports geschickt, die sich nicht mit den ausgezahlten Beträgen decken. Man kann einfach nicht nachvollziehen, wie sich die Abrechnungen zusammensetzen. Leider ist hier auch keiner bereit das einem zu erklären. Wir haben mehrere Filialen und mir reicht es jetzt und wir werden hier kündigen und uns einen anderen Anbieter suchen. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Since January 1, 2025, I can't top up my Epay.com account using a local bank account. I don't know why NOBODY is mentioning this, as I believe I've been singled out or targeted. I have tried contacting all account managers, all second-tier managers... up to no avail. They told me they have "discontinued" the option of Local Bank Account / Swift in the US and they don't know when they're gonna have it back. It turns out that option is unavailable everywhere. Meaning, If I am a Chinese customer, I can't add money from my chinese bank account either.

The only options available are e-wallets that ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS. Then, what's the point? How is this company making money? I honestly don't know. I used it a lot in 2024, but then they turned into the worst customer service experience and a total waste of time.

This site is an absolute scam . They blocked me and stole my money. I'm so disgusted

My account was blocked on 02/07/2024 with a significant balance, and since then, I haven't received any explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have stopped responding entirely. Be cautious when dealing with them, as their actions seem unprofessional and potentially illegal.

Geld bekommt man nur einen Teil zurück und meine Auslagen und Spesen musste ich auch selber bezahlen.
Lasst die Finger von solchen Firmen.
Ausser Spesen nix gewesen.
Schämt Euch. Pfui.
Es gibt nichts zu ändern.

Epay Australia
Quick to take your deposit of $1000.00 but have 1001 excuses when they have to refund the deposit. Emails are never answered properly - you only get a confirmation of email received. The terminal has been collected by their service provider but they still have to investigate the collection, telephone staff can't give any answers and will get back to you but never do.
