We have utilized your most recent things, which are amazing. Also, presently, at the earliest opportunity, we can utilize your merchandise once more. However, I didn't feel your response time was acceptable, so ensure it was.

I had a professional exterminator treat my entire house for ants. He recommended that I order MaxForce Quantum to apply anywhere I saw residual ants, for a couple of weeks after his treatment. So I ordered this product from ePest Solutions Online, through Amazon. The supplier showed it "In Stock" on the Amazon product page. I placed my order on 4/25/2017, expecting to get it within about a week, which is typical for Amazon 3rd Party Supplier orders. It is now 17 days later (May 11) and I still have not received my order, so the follow up ant control treatment could not take place. Before you order anything from this company, go to Amazon and pull them up and read their "Seller Feedback" reviews, which I did not, prior to ordering, and should have. There are quite a few complaints about extremely slow shipping. Bottom line, there are numerous other sellers, for pest control products, both on Amazon and direct, who will be far superior to this lousy company. I demanded a refund from them (after 17 days) and their abrupt response was, "here is your tracking number".

Pay for expedited shipping. Ordered November 2, it is now November 16, still hasnt left their facility. Call them, they act like Im crazy for asking when I will get my product....

Works great for getting rid of my on scorpions and I received my order within the days they quoted me.

I own a local pest control company and I'm always looking for good companies to work with. Before I place a large order with a company I always do a couple of test orders to see how they do. This company was a total fail on both orders I placed. They advertise 2-5 day shipping, but apparently that didn't apply to me as I had to wait almost two weeks before the items were even sent. And that was after several phone calls inquiring about my order. This happened on both test orders we placed. The company also advertises they are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but apparently that is a lie too. So after two failed orders this company has proven themselves to be incompetent in fulfilling our needs.

I placed my order the beginning of May. they called a week later and said something I ordered was out of stock, but they could replace it with a similar product. OK. No problem. It is now nearly the middle of June and despite multiple calls and messages I have still not received my products or even received communication of any kind (they always promise to fix it and then I have to call again a week later). I sure have been charged however. Just an awful experience all the way around.

I needed a product quickly, and they worked with me to get it on time. I was able to talk to with a real person--something difficult to do with most companies. The product was perfect as well. I would definitely order from this company again.

Placed an order 9-17-15; my card was charged 9-18-15. Paid $15 for three day shipping. It is now one week and one day and no product. Called customer service 9-24-15, and was told they would check shipment and call me. I have now left two voice mails and sent one email. Cannot get a live person on the phone and no return call or email.

Love this online company! I have used them multiple times for pest problems I have had at my home. They ship fast and are very knowledgeable. I have referred them to my friends and family and they have been very happy with them too. Never hire a pest control company again. Epest Solutions makes it easy and much more affordable to do it yourself.

I have ordered from the company for about 2 years now, and the customer service is fast and easy, theyre able to answer your question right then and there, they don't have to transfer you all the time just to answer one question. They know the products very well and shipping is free and quick.. I will definitely continue to order from this website, and I would totally recommend it to anyone of my friends.

I wasn't too sure on which product to use to take care of my pest problem effectively. I called Epestsolutions and they helped me get the perfect product to get the job done. They also gave me good tips on how to keep the pests away in the future as well.

I'm an owner of a small pest control business and I ordered quite a bit from this company. Recently there were many issues happening with my orders. From not providing the right quantity to stating order was shipped although product was not even in stock. I expected an order in on a particular day based an email stating it was shipped, but received no communication to the contrary, so I had to call Epestsolutions and they said it was not even in stock. Called and spoke to owner after several calls and an email and she could care less. She gave me reasons why she hadn't responded to my calls or email but but didn't offer a good explanation about the shipping issue until I pressed and further didn't offer to give a discount or do anything to try to save me as a customer until I pressed the issue and the offer was not good. I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

I purchase products from this company once a year. They are always very fast in shipping my order, their prices are the best I can find, my shipping is free, and they reply to my emails almost immediately. Great doing business with them

one of my nieghbors (I think) took it off of my front porch because of the squall we were having at the moment of delivery that morning. Then I think he thoought it was possibly medical pot, he took it. After Ihad the cops ask if he took it in cause of the weather, he said no, and left 45 minutes later for 20 minutes or so when he ditched it somewhere. When I finally found the answaer to be that I would have to contact the sender, it was a piece of cake after I contacted E-pest solutions. They were nice to me on the phone, and had another two rolls of stuff-it out to me in no time. My customer was understanding, and I was able to still do the application before the weather got too cold. It just seemed like a good karma expierence for me, and that does not allways happen. The initial ordering was easy to read, and do too. Thanks.

I had to follow up 2 weeks after my order to see where it was. You hadn't told me it was unavailable. It would have been nice to know earlier.

This product is absolutely amazing!! We have always had a problem with crickets in our basement, the garage and our one bathroom when the weather gets cold. Well, not anymore!! We also had a lot of spiders and bugs that collect on the side of the house where we have our light that comes on at dusk and off at dawn. Well, not anymore!! And, the best part is that is safe to use. We really love it and plan to tell all our friends and family about it!!! We are so grateful my brother told us about it. Thanks again for a Great Product!!

The products are professional and clearly defined how to use and where not to use. I love the company for their services and would recommend to anyone that needs control that pest control companies don't provide without paying extra for

very satisfied
