Excellent service and best EPG money can buy...simply cannot fault these guys

This is perfect I don’t know about every one but I got mine to be perfect all the tools were provided to create the perfect iptv best experience I only bought the 25$ one for the year but it’s good enough for me and my wife loved it it has a feature where u can join two m3u list into one beautiful

Overall 5 Stars. This service fills a much needed gap. The interface is clean, powerful, intuitive, and simple to use.

They offer a free trial to confirm if the service works for you. Be sure to read their Terms of Service. They do have restrictions on how and where the service can be accessed depending on your plan.

My first time experience had about 95% of the channels match with no intervention required on my part. When I did have to manually match channels the process was simple and straight forward. I was able to renumber all of my channels, remove unwanted channels and groups, and create a clean full EPG.

Customer service is quick and professional.

This is definitely worth the cost, it will elevate your IPTV experience. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend, but strongly suggest you review their Terms of Service first!

Great service I'm happy just a couple of channels where EPG's are'nt accurate specially on my US and US VIP channels otherwise I'm very appreciative of the service.

Good epg but the id's are difficult to correspond at the ones of the iptv's providers channels

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the EPG service. The only glitch I have had was about a week ago, but changes from my provider were not showing up on the EPG editor. I discovered that by doing a "Force Sync" got all the changes from provider made them show up, so I could start using it again. This happened almost every day for just under a week. Other than that, I am very satisfied. They are very quick to respond to requests for help. I'm keeping it!

Great service, just renewed my service for another year, they are always making improvements, the admins have always been polite and easy to work with, good job and keep it up!

The pros: first, there is the editor, full of features, advanced, built almost exactly how I would've built it myself. Then there is the channels support: tons of them from all over the world, with proper logos, and with a very good maintenance for most of them. These 2 things make it all a great product.

Then there are the things I like a little less. The price first, a bit expensive, but I guess that's the price I can spend to save the amount of time I would have spent building a tool on my own. Then the SLA; you have to deal with an almost non-existing SLA. Last year was an outage with no backup procedure and the time to put the service back to work and the management along with it was quite chaotic. And in the end there is the administrator behavior, totally not client-orientated and sometimes even rude but personally I can live with that, as I knew it before signing up.
If you know what you're doing with M3U and EPG, then you won't have any problem of any sort and won't have to exchange with "support".

The name “best Epg” is no lie. The name said it all. It’s not just the name that makes the service great, its the balls this team have to back it up!!!! The editor is ez to use, Epg is on point and the service is very reliable. Love the hard work and commitment from the team.

As myself being a new cable cutter, I was in desperate need of an EPG and TV Guide on my Android IPTV Box because you get so use to Bell and Rogers and how the TV Guide shows you what is on at the specific time and a description of the show. The IPTV Providers out there don't provide an EPG like this and most didn't even care to fix it when I asked them as with the TV Guide Apps I would always see most channels showing 'No Information' which is no good to me, I want to know what is on a certain channel without having to play every channel to see what's on, so combine these guys EPG with the best TV Guide looking App out there called TiViMate, you have the best of both world and I have my good old TV Guide back, just as I'm used to. Could not be happier, now I know what is playing on a specific channel without having to play every one plus TiViMate has channel Recording now too !

The Best EPG service provider on the internet, they are GREAT and Amazing.

Best coverage I've seen in similar services so far.

The editor is fine and was better than most on the market however the service uptime was awful. In the one year I used the product, I experienced multiple weeks with no guide data or large segments completely broken. It got to the point where I had to build my own epg editor and eventually stopped using this service.

On top of this, the administrator is pompous is childish. When there are outages you he will post a generic statement hidden away in his forums. If you don't see the update and ask questions he will rudely tell you to read the forum. You will then spend 20 minutes trying to figure out what he wants you to read before you give up. Or if you dare ask again he will either delete your question or threaten you.

I raised multiple issues about channel guide data that was not updating. He would usually make up excuses and then when he was tired of doing that he would just delete my questions. who did not provide useful updates when the service went down.

I once saw a customer, paying customer mind you, complain about the service in a forum. The administrators response was to delete the users account and keep the rest of his money. It does not get much worse than this.

Frankly after dealing with all this I was happy to spend the hours it took to develop my own guide mechanism. My mechanism is 100% reliable and far easier to maintain. It was a very happy day when I completed my software and was able to tell this miserable admin that I was no longer using his software.

Sadly there are really only two solutions available to consumers at this time so I get why everybody is giving him 5 stars. Compared to nothing this is pretty good. But trust me, if you have experienced an outage yet, you will and then you will experience the same frustration that I once experienced.

Great EPG service, easy to configure it.

Have tried many other EPG services this is by far the best.

Their editor is intuitive, and they are solid about responding to tech support help. And even though my stream provider is good, the EPG would be absolutely impossible to manage without EPiG.
