An amazing experience from start to finish. I had eye surgery upper Blepharoplasty. Pick up from hotel by Güneş ( patient coordinator) and met at hospital by Luna (patient carer). They both stayed all day with me, even though my husband was also with me. Introduced to surgeon and had lots of tests. I had local anaesthetic and mild sedation. I didn’t need general anaesthetic. I had operation, taken back to my lovely clean private room and rested for 3 hours, and then taken back to hotel by Güneş . 7 hours from pickup to drop off . No need for return as stitches were dissolvable. I went out for a meal the same night !. The results are fantastic. You are very safe in their hands. Thanks Ann Banks

I travelled from Manchester UK after seeing my friends mummy makeover results by emphasis Marine. They are a proffesional team, well put together for a smooth experience with no issues. Was met at the airport by the driver, and brought to a lovely hotel to prepare for the hospital the next day. My surgery for mummy makeover went as planned and results so far are great i can't wait to see results when all swelling goes down...Will post some piks then. I'm 2 weeks post op and feeling good... the team cared for me well and responded to any of my questions and requests....well done team!! I was also able to see the town of Kusadasi which was a really beautiful bonus.To anyone thinking of travelling from the UK for Surgery, know that you are in safe hands and look forward to the results you want :)

Was picked up in a transit van witch took me half hour to find to b drive to the hotel was picked up and took to hospital following day we’re I had my surgery I woke up in icu with my mind still active but my body was dead could hear and feel what they was Doin but couldn’t move or speak to tell them then wen I got to my room in the hospital I thought it was all over time to recover none of the nurses speak English my room got cleaned once and bed changed once why I was there I was suffing with survere head pressure and was just givin pain killers after painkillers they would not get me a doctor to look me over they did my observations and my oxygen level was 63 and they tried telling me that’s normal was told a doctor would b with me in half hour never came at all was discharged the next day and the agent Luna was her name is useless she never turned up for 2 days and now wen I message with questions I get ignored basically took my money and didn’t deliver I won’t asdvise you not to book a thing under this company

I had surgery through Ephesus marine on the 15/6/23. My experience from start to finish was faultless. From enquiring and booking to actually going and having my surgery. My care in hospital was the best I’ve ever received the surgeon has done an outstanding job and I am so pleased with the results already. The nurses and team were excellent too.

I was picked up and taken to all my appointments and even taken around kusadassi once feeling better which was lovely. Everyone I met went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be and for that thank you so much. My advise to anyone on the fence is to put your trust in emphasis marine they are really a 5 star company x

I had the best experience with the most professional company, I could not fault Luna one bit she was very friendly and went above and beyond to make ends meet.

Overall 10/10 experience

I decided that wanted to have gastric sleeve procedure. I contacted many companies and didn’t get a good feeling. I contacted Ephesus Marine and I was called my a lovely lady called Jerry, she talked me through the process, I then sent her my personal information which was sent to the surgeon for a review. Jerry then called me to confirm that gastric sleeve was the best procedure for me and sent me a lot of information on surgeons, price, hotels and next steps. I found the whole experience easy and was so nice to speak to someone rather than message. They were the only company I spoke to that said maybe I should book an extra few days so they can keep an eye on me and it allows me a few more days to heal, which showed me they cared about my well-being. I picked surgeon Mehmet Deinz in Izmir. I paid a small deposit, at this time the reality set in and i was scared, I messaged Jerry and she reassured me that they would be there for me and would hold my hand if I needed it. This put my anxiety at ease.

later I sent my passport details and was given my itinerary for the week I was away. It included all transfer days and times.

Time to fly! I was given updates and messages upon my arrival to turkey, I found finding the transfer easy, I was taken to My Way Deluxe Hotel, which was soo nice.

The next day I got picked up and taken to the hospital, immediately I was sent for my pre-op tests. It was there that I met everyone who was having surgery and in the same boat as me. They all were lovely and we reassured each other. I was met my a lady from the Ephesus Marine called Luna, she has to be the best part of the whole experience! she stayed with me, she told me what I was having done and went with me up to my room, she held my hand when I was scared and didn’t leave my side the whole day of my surgery.

I went down to surgery and when I came back Luna and my mum was there to greet me. I felt some pain from the gas but I was so tired I slept most of the evening. Luna came to meet me the next day and I was again very tired but she stayed the whole day and came with me to my CT scan. She was so lovely to my mum which gave her some company while I was sleeping.
Luna came with me to my discharge meeting and we said our good byes after where I went for 2 more nights at the My Way Deluxe Hotel which was nice to relax.

Me and my mum booked two extra nights in Kusadasi, a transfer was arranged and we got dropped at our hotel to be greeted by two Ephesus Marine team, one being Luna. It was so nice to see her! Our hotel was lovely and right on the beach with a sea view! Luna offered to take us around Kusadasi market on her only day off which was incredibly kind of her and we had a lovely afternoon before I left.

All in all, I am so happy I picked this company! They were genuinely there for me every step of the way! All my questions were answered and I couldn’t be more supported when I was out in Turkey by the team!

I was sceptical about booking surgery abroad but i’m so happy i picked this company! Thank you guys so much! will be booking again when I want more surgery in the future!

Recently returned from having bariatric surgery. Excellent service from the start, with communication and then throughout my care whilst abroad. I travelled without a companion and was looked after at all times. Everything was organised impeccably. Thank you so much for taking great care of me and making it a good experience.

I traveled alone from Italy. I was so nervous. As soon as I met Luna I knew I had nothing to worry about. The surgery was a success and I was treated like family. I would definitely recommend and I will go back again for another procedure.

Hi i had gastric sleeve with ephesus marine from first contact to even now 3 weeks post surgery the team have been amazing. Dr Okay Koc and all the nursing staff at Edgemed International were very attentive the procedure went and aftercare have been really good.I've had a lot of previous surgeries on my abdomen so I was worried it might be a difficult operation but everything was thoroughly checked before my procedure and Dr Okay Koc is one of a very few specialists in the area so I felt really safe.There are a lot of tests prior to the procedure ie: bloods, chest xtra, seen by cardiologist and dietitian and camera put down to check the stomach and all included in original price no hidden costs.It also included airport transfers,2 night hotel stay and 3 nights hospital stay, 24/7 access to the team and the lovely Luna who stayed in the hospital the whole time I was there. The package also included all medications and shakes to take home so make sure to book in your 20kg suitcase! The team took care of everything they even arranged a late checkout for me as I had a late flight. Nothing was too much trouble for them.m and I would highly recommend Ephesus marine for anyone considering having a gastric sleeve done.😊

Dr.Levent Ates was my surgeon for a mmo. Prior to booking I did thorough research on the company and surgeons to ensure I was making the right choice and that the team were the best.

On arrival we were met by the driver who took our bags for us and showed us to the private car waiting for us.
The transfer was around 60 minutes and on arrival to the hotel we were met by Luna and Gunes.

We were shown to our room, gievn all the infomation needed for the next day (surgery day) and Luna and Gunes left us to relax for the evening.

The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the sea. Everything you could need is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants close by for your evening meal.

Luna met us in the hotel lobby very early the next morning and stayed with us for the duration of the day of surgery, before leaving us with the night nurse so she could get some rest herself.

I first met the anaesthetist who went through a few medical things, did a blood check before surgery.
Dr Levent Ates then came to see me and mark me up for surgery. I went through what I wanted again with him and he assured me he would be doing as I asked.

Going down to surgery was very relaxing and I felt comfortable the whole time.
Luna stayed with my companion while I was in surgery.

I spent 2 days in hospital and cannot fault any of the team or nurses with the care I received.

We were transferred back to the hotel and was given a new room, again was beautiful.

Gunes and Luna visited us daily. Luna spent a lot of time with us ensuring we had what we needed and nothing was too much.

Gunes took me to the hospital to have my drains removed and again for the final check up prior to flying home. He also went and collected the prescription of medications needed for me to take home with me.

Over all I had the most positive experience with Ephesus Marine and the whole team.
I personally would highly recommend them for any surgical work.

The whole team madee feel safe and confident straight away. Process was quick as i wanted it to be aftercare was lovely above and beyond got me pizza on my emotional missing home days took me for a tour and to get my nails done. Hotel was beautiful lots to do in the area all round a great experience and i would 100 do it again. I have recovered amazing with no issues at all!!

I was recommended by a friend, and from the inital point of contact, I had every confidence with this clinic.

I opted to have a member of my family come out with me, who were also looked after.

After 12 years of having breast implants, having experienced issues with them nearer the end, I made the decision to have them removed, so I had explant surgery along with a breast uplift.

All of the staff asked if I was sure that I didn't want to have the implants replaced (this was NOT an option for me having suffered with various symptoms of BII over the years), but I thought it was good that they gave me 'food for thought'.

We had to book connection flights, which was a pain, but having said that Turkish Airlines was amazing!

The transfer was a bit daunting, as we collected staff prior to going to the hospital (this is the only remotely negative comment for my review; had it of been explained to us that this was going to happen, I wouldn't have been flapping as much lol).

Prior to the surgery, the nursing staff were great. Minimal English with some, but we got by (I have been to Turkey loads, so actually understand more than I can speak). Pre-surgery consult with the Plastic Surgeon; again he checked that I didn't want to have the implants replaced (I have to say, I think because the implants were 525ccs, everybody were just ensuring I was aware of the rapid change in size post op etc).

The surgery went well, was on 'the table' so to speak for just over 3 hours. I remember vaguely coming to. We spent the night in the hospital, it was comfortable enough, the food wasn't great (but I think we are spoilt with NHS in comparison).

We were taken to the hotel the next day, which was lovely. Oh I have to say the staff involved in my stay/care were: Gunez, Deniz, Tugue, Ceren and Lunda - all were amazing and I can't thank them enough :)

I had post op drains which was the most uncomfortable part if I'm honest. I was shown how to empty them etc. I am lucky in the sense that my body heals really quickly, so the drains were removed on Wednesday morning (baring in mind I had the surgery on the Monday). THAT was a wee bit painful, but I think it was more the shock value of it (that and I'm a wuss haha).

Gunes and Ceren (Jerry, haha) took us around some of the sights in Kusadasi, and we spent time having a coffee.

Overall the care I received (and still continue to receive) is second to none. All the staff are very attentive, and not once did I sense that the clinic were out for a sale.

I did my due diligence and checked out the credentials fo the Plastic Surgeon, needless to say I had no concerns whatsoever.

I am now just over 3 weeks post op and everything is going well.....

Oh, I have to share this.... I did have a complete wobble at the sight of myself when I had to attend to my dressings. It was a shock, and I felt like 'Frankenststeins Bride'... Jokes aside, everything has totally calmed down and I'm healing nicely.

I now only have to check in with the clinic once a week with progress pictures, all of which are forwarded to the surgeon (general I believe), but I am able to contact them 24/7 with any concerns I have.

For anyone considering getting rid of their implants, trust me it is a really big thing to do... For me, I had the surgery all them years ago for the wrong reasons; I thought they would improve my confidence. Needless to say it did nothing for my confidence, if nothing it only made me more self-conscious of myself. Also, and I know hindsight is a great thing, but I didn't think at the bigger picture; ie having to get surgery every 10+ years... I am currently 48 and the thought of putting myself through unwarranted surgery in my later years just gave me the fear.

NB I am not saying those that want to get implants, shouldn't - it's your body, your life, your decision... I'm just sharing my experience as a whole.

Anyhoo.... Back to Ephesus Marine. I have already recommended them to a friend who is in consult with the team, so I think that speaks for itself really :)

I was looking at having gastric sleeve surgery in September and a friend recommended Ephesus Marine! From the moment I messaged them to the very end they was absolutely amazing! They sorted everything out for me and they did it very quickly aswell,I was booked in for my operation on the 8th October.I was thrilled to bits as they made my journey so much easier.The whole team was brilliant,every question answered and they gave me as much help as I needed. On arrival I was met with the amazing Luna who took care of me from going into the hospital to coming out,they even helped me with my medication as I had a problem with the one they gave me,they sorted out a new one snd delivered it to my hotel. They still keep in touch with me now. If anyone was looking into getting any medical procedures done In turkey I would 💯 recommend Ephesus Marine. Excellent service from ephesus clinic, I travelled for bbl and fat transfer and from the begining the staff were very attentive and caring, they made the whole process so easy! They made me feel at ease all the way through, I would like to make a special mention to Mary, Tim, Tolga and Gunes. Each one of them looked after me always checking in with me even after the surgery and still now that I have arrived home, also to dr levant, he has done an amazing job, I am 3 weeks post op and already so in love with my results. I would reccomened anyone who is thinking of getting any surgery done in izmir to use ephesus.

Just wanted to say that we have just returned from Marmaris. My partner had his nose done. I also had gastric Botox. Plus facial Botox and lip fillers. From the second we landed to the minute we were returned to the airport, we were so looked after. The entire team have been unbelievable. So friendly, attentive and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this firm more! We had an interpreter whilst at the hospital (Tim) . He is one of the nicest men I’ve met. He has a strange Turkish, Irish accent. So funny . His wife Mary (Irish) helped us after the op. We went out for dinner with them both after too. The entire team made our experience so smooth. Anyone going by themselves will feel completely safe and looked after xx

I had surgery through Ephesus in April and I have to say from start to finish they were amazing, from fitting me in last minute to the one on one support from Tolga while in Turkey. I was made to feel so safe and as someone who had travelled alone this was a god send! Tolga attended to all my needs and was even in my room waiting for me when I came out of surgery. I can not rate Ephesus highly enough. If you are thinking of travelling abroad this is the company to go through! 10/10 would recommend!

I am 12 days post op after going through Ephesus Aesthetic for breast implants, uplift and inverted nipple correction. From start to finish my experience has been amazing.

Booking was easy and all information was given with no hidden extras or nasty surprises. My coordinator Mary helped me through the process and even down to booking flights.

On the day I was met at the airport and taken to a beautiful 4* hotel for the night to rest before my surgery. The morning of I was met by Tim and taken to the hospital where I had all necessary bloods taken. The nurses there were fantastic and very friendly, they got a kick out of me using Google translate for a few things and were always smiling. I was marked up by my surgeon Dr Levent Ates and he introduced himself and explained the procedure.

I was wheeled to the operating theatre and can’t remember being put to sleep it was very relaxed and a happy atmosphere. I woke up shaking (a common side effect of the anaesthesia) and Tim was there for me and covered me up with a quilt and kept me company. He even went and fetched me an iced latte and snacks. I had a private nurse in my room all night who was amazing.

The next day I saw my surgeon who explained the surgery went well and discharged me. I went to the hotel and recovered for 4 days. I had a visit every day from Tolga who emptied my drains and was taken out for a hot dog and a little shopping with Mary. I never felt lonely and staff kept in touch daily and made sure I was ok.

The drains were annoying but necessary and the removal was not painful at all, I was expecting so much pain but they slid right out. I was taken back to the airport for my flight home and had no issues.

The only negative I would say is that the views from the hotel room are so beautiful and it annoyed me that I couldn’t go swimming in the sea that is right next to the hotel. I definitely need to go back for a holiday. All in all a very positive experience, wonderful staff, expert surgeon and idyllic recovery setting. My results are amazing and I can’t believe how good my body looks now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

All the consultants at Ephesus go out their way to make you feel comfortable and are very friendly. I went on my own from Scotland and I am now 8 weeks post mummy makeover and I am over the moon! My full experience from start to finish went smoothly and I would do it again tomorrow. The hospital staff only know basic English but the ephesus staff were with me before going for surgery and when I woke up and translated everything to me so I knew what was being said. Tim sat with me all day before my surgery until the surgeon arrived and I picked his brain about Turkish culture and then when I woke up he was there with Tolga and they both put pillows under my legs to make me more comfortable. When I woke up the rest morning Tolga had bought me smoothies and yogurt and was making sure I was eating. 4-5 days after my op I started to feel emotional and lonely so Mary -one if the consultants from ephesus took me shopping and Lena offered to take me to get my eyelashes done! From start to finish they were at the other end of WhatsApp for me and always checking and supporting me. 10/10 experience for the care and compassion I was given.
