Non arrival of order
I received notification on 08.10.22 that my order no 1084 was on its way but six days later it hasn’t arrived.
I have tried to track the order but the Royal Mail web site is down at the moment.
I’m disappointed that I haven’t received my order and will now have the hassle of trying to find out what has happened to it.
A disappointing first experience.
15.11.22. Thank you for your response. I have in fact received the goods today and I was impressed that they were in a Moroccan Oil carrier bag which was ideal if giving as a gift. I appreciate your response as not all sellers would take the time to do this.
The items were well packaged, just took a bit longer to arrive than I had expected due to Royal Mail.
Yes I would recommend this company.

Hi Barbara. Thank you very much for your review. I can confirm that your order was indeed picked, packed and shipped the very next day (8th November). Having checked the Royal Mail website, we too have found this to be down. However it does state that you can still get tracking info if you download their app. I am sorry to hear about your frustrations in this instance but unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any disruptions within the Royal Mail service, as this is completely out of our hands. I am sure that your order will be with you shortly, plus it is still within the 14 working days period that we advise our customers to please allow for in our Shipping Policy. If you need any further assistance, then please feel free to contact us and thank you once again for your custom. Kind regards Epic
