Louisa responded to my initial email super fast. Right from the off she understood what we needed and was able to not just take our direction and execute it but to also share advice and tips on what to do and not to do. A whatsapp group made responses really effective and a good place to pose further questions. A pleasure to work with Louisa is quick and responsive and talented at what she does. We had a strong sense of the design we needed. I know this is not the case for everyone but I can assure you Louisa has the design skills to help those who aren't so sure. I would highly recommend epilot for whatever level of web build and design you need.

I contacted a handful of website designers and Louisa was the only one who replied promptly and with a really clear, well‑structured email explaining exactly what my site would need. This was my first website for my business, so that guidance was invaluable.

She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, including transferring domains and helping me sort out various ad hoc email issues. I’m quite particular and some of the tweaks I asked for were very small and probably sounded trivial, but Louisa made sure every single change I requested was implemented without any fuss.

She also designed my email signature, which I’m really happy with and which ties everything together nicely. Overall, I feel like she just “got it” – she was easy to work with, communicated clearly and made the whole process feel straightforward. I’m very pleased with the final website and would definitely recommend Louisa.
