Really? What a terrific product, the first time I got a bidet shoot water into my butt. I was so happy and excited. This is a wonderful company, you guys. You shipped It right to my house After trying to go through Amazon. I had many problems, but you shipped your right to my house and I'm real happy with the product. It's It's such an amazing experience.I never thought a toilet like this would change my life

The first unit was defective and I had…
The first unit was defective and I had to remove and install the new unit. Sounds simple but this was upstairs on the second level and the unit is heavy!! Eplo did rush the replacement to us.

Amazing purchase
Amazing purchase! After traveling to Japan, we were missing the luxury bathroom experience, so shopped a lot for the features without breaking the bank. Eplo fit the bill! This toilet was easy to install and works perfectly! Everyone loves it!
