Excellent service. Workman polite and explained what he had done in terms i was able to understand. Covid precautions taken. Called me before arriving which gave me a chance to get away from work. No complaints

The team were extremely helpful in making an appointment for me. They were empathetic when I told them of my circumstances and ensured that I was put on the cancellation list as my job was urgent. Within a couple of hours I received a call telling me Mark would be on his way today. Mark was extremely professional and helpful and my issue was sorted in a matter of minutes. A first class service. Paul came to check electrics following water damage in the kitchen and shower room. He explained everything that he was doing. He even returned to the house after I had realised I hadn’t shown him all the electrical problems.

Same guy who came to isolate the power after my kitchen caught fire. Steve was efficient and polite and got on with the work. Tidied up after and did a good job. Exactly what I expected.
