Ordered 2x One Piece OP16 Booster Boxes (Order #10279, £231.98) on 17 January 2026. For months there was no tracking number and no delivery updates, despite a “shipping confirmation” email being sent straight away. I emailed multiple times chasing for tracking and was ignored completely.
I only got a response after leaving a public Google review. Shortly after that, tracking finally appeared and the item was shipped — five months after I’d paid. By that point I’d lost all confidence in this seller and had already decided I wanted a refund rather than the boxes, so when delivery was attempted I refused it and bought from a different card company instead. Royal Mail’s tracking confirms the parcel was returned to sender on 19 June.
Instead of resolving this directly, the seller replied publicly to my Google review saying I “should have waited” for the items — rather than addressing the months of silence that caused me to lose trust in the first place. They are now disputing my bank refund claim despite the parcel being confirmed returned to them, unopened. Paid in January, no resolution by June, and still fighting the refund.

Great price and product arrived well packaged

Wasn't great, my order was cancelled after a week or so, i paid the money then didn't get it back for two weeks, but I did get a full refund at least, but the product became more expensive since I bought it so I feel like I lost out

The packs where unfortunately didn’t give me any hits I was looking for but the promo cards were sooooo perfect!
And all the items were beautiful.

A very pleasurable experience. I’ve bought cards from vendors before that had very blatant signs of tampering so this is a welcome change.

Plastic wrap was tampered with, there wasn’t even the promo card in the box. Each pack had more than 12 cards and one pack had 4 holo cards, some had no holos. Packs had glue residue on it. Overall for £80 I spent I didn’t get half the items as described on the box. Will never be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do so.

Very happy with experience. Reasonably priced too for such a unique item. It was well packaged and protected for transit. Tracked along the whole way and delivered on time. They send out the item pretty quick after my order online.

I'm not sure what the hit rates are on the Indonesian pokemon card boxes but I didn't get many GX's. But I mostly done it for the experience/fun for opening cards and not an investment. If you're looking to invest keep sealed or buy singles.

Ordered several items all marked as in stock. Most had several units available at the time. Order confirmed.

Days later, entire order was refunded, no explanation given, and no response to my confused email. Some of the items have entirely disappeared from the website (not even there and marked out of stock). One of them is still there. Terrible customer service trumps any other consideration. 😬

Product was as expected + sealed - I was worried as it was an older product and hardly available online now. Really fast service. Definitely would consider buying again.
