I can only compliment on your excellent service, The products mentioned above are just as I expected, Quality as they should be perfect fit for both, Delivery I think within 3 days. First order arrived fine, 2nd order for the same product hasn't arrived. customer service is none existent, they are impossible to contact by any means other than email, and the reply is initialy "we will get back to in 1 working day" and is now "We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an increased number of enquiries. We apologise for the delay and we would like to confirm that we're treating your email as our number one priority." Appalling way of running a business I will be claiming a refund though Paypal.

Want to return a product but they did not provide a return address on the return form and are not answering email, contact form or facebook messages. Calls to the number on the web site go to an automated service that directs you back to the web site from which you will get no response! I am about to enter a dispute with the credit card company in order to get my money back.

Avoid like the plague - Buy elsewhere even if it is more expensive.
Having bought a gas water heater from Equestiranco in November 2020 it started to be temperamental in January and failed completely in early February 2021. My wife contacted the support team and was asked to check a number of potential issues before they proceeded any further with a replacement. When reporting back that all the measurers suggested had no effect contact from Equestrianco became very slow. They asked for original packaging, serial number and proof of purchase (which were promptly sent, then we had no reply other than an automated email saying they were busy and would get back to us as soon as they can. My wife then sent a chase email some days later and got sent a PDF of ways to repair the unit and a link at the end of the instructions as to where she could purchase spares. The information sent required opening up of the shower unit, bay passing safety devices and running the shower for 5 minutes. All of this is both dangerous and Illegal in the UK. It also voids the manufacturers gurantee.

It was at this point that I took over correspondence and was run through the same hoops as before being asked again for proof of purchase etc which I sent, only to receive another email next day asking for the same information. Don't be fooled by the high percentage of 5 star reviews, go to google reviews to get a real picture of this company and their appalling trading standards.

I ordered two lots of orders which by far was not exactly cheap at all.

I brought, myself two shirts which was 2 for £25 and a coat which was about 50 plus. Then trousers which were around 50. The coat and trousers and the other products i brought which was a coat for ladies.

It wasn't accurate in sizes and the colour for the products were different to real life goods. They should state that very clear which they do not.

I noticed most of the goods came in poor conditions with the stitchings falling apart. The woments coat which was a gift we measured the sizes for my mum which she did not fit as normally she would fit in the sizes suggested by this company.

There is a lack of customer service and incompetence in sorting the issues out regarding my orders. I emailed straight away as always check the goods by inspecting to get the issue out.

They emailed back twice but did not sort the issue out. So, i launched a PayPal case because i kept emailing to follow up and sort it out but no response what so ever. I won the case so received the money back for the goods which were damaged and didn't fit.

The stress it caused to sort it out when was a gift for my mum. There was no compensation for the very bad customer services and time consuming as took a lot of our precious time up.

They tried to email me once i launched the case with PayPal which you not allowed to contact the party concerned because paypal was sorting it out which they did once but nothing to prove their services and they never responded to PayPal at all.

This is disgusting and a lack of customer services to improve customer relations. Was very dissatisfied. Will not be purchasing
Through this company again and the others they own because of the lack of appreciation towards customers.

The sizes were not accurate to size. As we measured and when the ladies coat came it just about fit her. My mum is normally a 16 and even that is big on her.

Its bad business practices and appalling management. Very Poor communication. Website deceiving because it looks very posh. The experience of this company ethics and practices suggests otherwise from our experience which is why paypal awarded it.

I wouldn't even rate this company as one star. My son ordered a coat for me . We measure my size as they state on website. It didn't fit me the colour was different to. Very stressful and disappointing. We tired to contact them by email. Replied twice .but it didnt sort the issues out. Then heard no more from them at all. After a week had enough took this matter further. Very bad customers services. And very rude not getting back to you. it was very stressful and disappointing. It was a gift from my son.so very unhappy and sad. No one by from this company. Very rude not getting back at all with no help to aort our order out. So, took it further and won .which you shouldn't have to do. Also, they go under many names for this company so please check out. Its not involved with them personal.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Dreadful customer service as faulty item returned but no response and no refund. Will never buy from them again.

stay away. have since learnt this company is based in lithuania. this company does not deserve the one star. i ordered a wax hat on 2 feb but they advised the colour i wanted was not in stock. i cancelled the order and asked for a refund to paypal account. refund has not been made. on querying, all i receive are generic responses saying refund will be made asap. cant contact by phone.....no number. have raised a dispute with paypal.

Ordered without checking trustpilot first so was somewhat apprehensive after seeing reviews. However to give credit where due, I ordered wax jacket on a Saturday afternoon and received it following Wednesday afternoon. Also pleased with the jacket so I’m a happy customer.

I ordered and paid for a fynalite shavings fork. Slow response from customer service and keep getting fobbed off. No response via FB page. Direct emails keep being returned. I have now been told it will be looked into asap. It hasn't. I have been ripped off and would not recommend this company. I am now setting up a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back.
Wish I had never ordered from them.

Ordered a hat & wax dressing but the wax dressing never arrived. After 6 emails and some minimal contact from them I'm afraid I will probably have to give up and lose only a small amount. Its a pity that the customer service is non-existant as the hat itself is great. Thought I'd better write a review as clearly any issue at all, will be ignored and you could lose money. Suggest you make purchases from a reputable company with good customer service

Please think twice before you have anything to do with this company.
Although their wax cotton products are good quality and well made their shameful ethics and dreadful service let them down. They are Lithuanian based but their products are sent from locations in the UK. Here lies the problem, they are pretty much untouchable by UK consumer law.
I ordered two waxed cotton items from them which eventually arrived after I raised a PayPal dispute. One was the wrong size. I returned it and got a proof of delivery to confirm it had reached them but no refund came. They then claimed a refund had indeed been issued but nothing subsequently appeared in my PayPal account and I was unable to raise a further dispute via PayPal themselves as the first had been closed. I have therefore run out of options and like many others believe I have lost my money.
The amount of stress dealing with this company simply isn't worth the trouble. You might get lucky as one reviewer has, but the balance of probability is that you will be left disappointed and annoyed.

UPDATE: Within two hours of posting this review I have suddenly been refunded. Quite a coincidence I thought! Anyway I've amended my review to two stars rather than one. I got there in the end but won't be returning anytime soon.

After purchasing a waxed cotton jacket (£85) from their website via PayPal, I immediately received confirmation of order email - but then didn’t receive promised update that the product had shipped - so got worried and after 4 days emailed equestrianco.com and received an automated response saying they would respond to my email within 1 day - but they didn’t so do - then I also realised the website was suspiciously basic - and then read alarming reviews on Trustpilot - and thought I had lost my money (which is sickening) - but against expectation I received a brief email from support at equestrianco.com saying the team had been contacted re my concern - I didn’t expect progress - but the jacket arrived 8 days after I placed the order. No email ever came confirming despatch. Tje jacket is the correct size and appears to be well made - although the cotton could be heavier grade and I have not tested it in heavy rain - all the same relieved and delighted it arrived at all. Have promised myself I will check reliability of websites before purchasing in the future, not after...

I have emailed them 5 times and the only reply I get is to say that they are busy and will look into it. I have asked for a refund but they just ignore me! Please do not use this company!

i ordered 2 mucking out forks at the beginning of October. 2 weeks later and they hadn't arrived so i emailed them. they said they couldn't find my order from my name or address, so asked me to send a copy of the invoice. i done this, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. heard nothing back, so messaged and said if they didn't sort the issue and send me the item by the end of the week, to just cancel my order and refund me. i had neither. i emailed at the beginning of this week for an update and no reply. Avoid at all costs.

I feel controversial leaving a good review (given the bad time others seem to have had), but the order turned up really quickly (it was a wax jacket, and really excellent quality for the price). No issues whatsoever.

AVOID. No delivery, NO reply to messages, emails. Only automated replies. AVOID
