When emailing our customer support team, simply include the name and email address associated with your order so we can help get your kit registered. We hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to make this right and provide the level of service you deserve!

We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Your results remain securely stored in your client portal, and our customer support team would be happy to help you regain access if you’re unable to locate them.

It’s also important to understand that a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and a blood test evaluate different biological samples and are not expected to produce identical results. Blood mineral levels are tightly regulated by the body and if your magnesium levels are low or high it is a signal for a serious medical condition - whereas a hair analysis measures minerals deposited and excreted into the hair over time. The same Minerals & Metals Test is the same type used by NASA, the FBI, and in numerous PubMed studies.

Your test also includes a complimentary health coaching call specifically so an experienced coach can walk you through your results, explain these differences, and answer your questions. Please contact our team with the name and email address associated with your order so we can help you access your report and schedule your call. We’re here to help and would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns!

We totally understand your frustration, however I want to assure you that we respond to every email the same day (9am - 9pm EST Monday - Friday). It is very possible our emails to you are going to spam, so please do check your spam or junk folder. We ship over 50,000 labs around the world each year and pride ourselves on customer service and care. However, we're not perfect (even though we try!), so please email us anytime, contact your assigned health coach, or submit a message through the website. We want to help!
