What happened to this company? No customer line to call. After several attempts at sending them a message via their website with no success, I finally caught their attention on Instagram.
I have been going back and forth via IG Messenger over a discount code that doesn't work (which they gave me to use!). Now they want me to make a purchase and they will refund me the difference. No way!!!

The moment I paid for their product, I was “offered” $20 back, which I accepted. Almost instantly, a site called Shipmentsfree charged my card $25 three times. This was part of the Equipfoods payment process. They are scamming people with this and I am now going to have to kill my debit card because of this unscrupulous company. Do NOT buy from these scammers!!!!

They have AMAZING customer service! Quick responses, friendly, and accommodating! It’s rare to find companies like this now a days!

Wow, received a text from the company claiming that if I ordered and used my HSA/FSA card for purchase, that I would receive 40% off. Great deal, placed the order and got nothing off. Emailed Equip Foods to let them know and all they could say is that it is frustrating but no discount. I provided a copy of the text I received and asked that they process a credit. I was told again that they knew it was frustrating.

I like the product, but that is deceptive advertising, and I refuse to do business with a company acting like that. Plenty of other protein powders out there.
