Quick & efficient arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. 1

I was treated fairly the person I was talking to was very helpful and understanding.

I bought this for my daughter who is a massive Fleetwood Mac fan. I am keeping it as a small extra present for her coming birthday. However, I was disappointed with it as it looks quite cheap and does not look as nice as it does in their adverts, in my opinion.

I ordered a framed
Print on 01st January 2026. It took 2.5
Months to arrive and the frame was missing. I sent them a picture of it but they are still saying it is in the box!! They offered a refund of £4 on a nearly £20 purchase. I don’t want it without the frame. Rubbish service and conpany

They sent the wrong size. I shared screenshots of my order and also what arrived. I asked for correct items to be sent and for advice on how to return the incorrect items.
I was told it's too expensive to return. I was offered £2 as compensation. Then £4 and now £6. Still ongoing chain of auto generated emails.

Ordered string shooter toy but received totally different item. On complaining, company insisted Item was as ordered. Sent pictures of what I ordered and what I got and stilk try to say item ordered was correct. When dispute taken with Paypal, asked me to return item for full refund of £33, cost £20 to return to china. However, company advertise on Facebook as uk company amd on tracking comes from USA.
Still waiting for refund and recomend people AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you have cash to throw away

If I could give 0 stars I would. I received faulty item. When asked for refund I was offered £1 and after further complaint £3 for something I paid £13 for. They also offered me to send it back fully being aware that cost of post would be more than this item is worth. So avoid at all cost

Awful ordered stranger things light up card they are adament it has been delivered i have nothing and all tracking is dodgy too
I am also concerned i cannot find payment under apple pay or online via company name

This is a scam company.
Foolishly ordered something for my son online. It arrived a few weeks later - a totally different product and appeared far cheaper than what I had paid.
I emailed customer support and have been in contact over the past week - backwards and forwards. The ‘Team’ are positive the correct item was sent, despite my confirmation email and an image of the incorrect item being received. They have offered me a measly amount of a refund (which I wouldn’t be overly hopeful that I’d receive) and I’m embarrassed that I fell for such a scam. NEVER buy anything from them

I ordered some Facebook-advertised inflatable earplugs from Equiralimt costing £10.33. Two weeks later, they arrived, and not only did they look nothing like the advertised earplugs, but they didn’t work. There was no inflation. They were shoddy in their construction, and when I asked for a refund, they responded saying I needed to show them the packaging. I have no idea why, when I sent them a photo of the earplugs I received from them.
Equiralimt have not refunded me.
I would say that this is a scam, as the earplugs looked like they cost mere pennies to make.
Steer clear of Equiralimt.

Strange how all 4* reviews were made August last year, and none since!!!!
Ordered an item, they sent incorrect item, contacted them, sent everything they asked for, they offer a £1 refund, and tell me item is correct.
I send them my order information, proving incorrect item sent, they offer £3, final offer!!
No return label, so here i am stuck with an item i will never ever use, no refund and ££'s poorer.

I advise avoiding this company at all costs... i can only presume the 4* rating is reviews made by bots!!!

I got this cool gadget, and it works like a charm for keeping my plants happy. Its not crazy expensive, so I felt pretty good about picking it up. Assembly was straightforward, didn’t take long at all. Definitely a nice little addition to my setup.

I placed an order which was dispatched by Yodel . They omitted my house number so I never received order, and both Equiralimt and Yodel will not reimbursement me. I would not touch this company with a barge pole. Disgusting customer service .

I have purchased foundation make up from them and it is nothing close to what have been advertised. Be careful as for me it was a scam.
