When going through a crisis, there's no humanity. Only threats.

I have tried them and the no to low cost for consumers is better than many top banks. Also interest rates are decent.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Glenda Neill in helping my mum get a reverse mortgage. Glenda was so nice and pleasant to work with. She helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Definitely the best banking person I have encountered. Explains the process & guided me through all the steps, including some quite frustrating ones! Always encouraging, patient & understanding. Glenda made this experience very easy-to-understand with transparent options and suggestions and answered all my PROS and CONS questions.

I dealt with Stephanie Caero at EQ bank and I recommend her highly. My reverse mortgage went through so fast, and Stephanie was there every step of the way, 'holding' my hand if necessary. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was that EQ bank insisted that I hire a separate (2nd) lawyer however it might be required legally. The process isn't inexpensive.
