I recently placed an order with Equitime and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the bridle set I was looking for and the perfect colours.
What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service I received. I had a few questions about my order, and the customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information and even surprised me with a small gift inside the package.
As for the products themselves, they exceeded my expectations. Everything arrived promptly and was of the highest quality. I could tell that care had been taken in packaging to ensure that my items arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, I highly recommend Equitime. 😁Their outstanding service and top-notch products have made me a loyal customer. I will definitely be returning for future purchases! ❤️

Products are as described bit I’m very dissapointed with shipping. I paid for express UPS shipping (1-2 business days) because I needed what I ordered as soon as possible for a tournament. Instead, I received my order in 9 days, even though I was charged for the order right away.

Great prices and FAST shipping!
By far the best price I could find for Sergio Grasso walk and ride paddock boots. I thought they would take at least 10 days to get here to the US but they came in 2 days! Faster shipping than any store over here I would order from and not even expensive for that! So happy I found this store and will definitely order from them in the future.
