Very clear on taking details down and explaining the process going forward. Sometime you put making these calls off as you fear the hard sell. Not in this time very relaxed and polite.

Mr.efficient

Mr. Gordon Andrew’s is very efficient and professional. All our questions were answered and we never felt pressured at all. We would highly recommend him easily to friends and family which we have done already. Great communication at all times.

The adviser was excellent

The adviser was excellent, very helpful, was polite and listened when I spoke. I didn't feel rushed. He reread my responses back to me and allowed me to check they were accurate.

Would highly recommend this organisation

We made a general enquiry in order to speak with someone who could help with a particular financial enquiry and were met with nothing but professionalism and good advice. The person who was recommended to us spoke to us as length about our specific questions and we very much appreciated his independent advice, which ultimately made us decide that now was not the right time to pursue this.
