Very clear on taking details down and explaining the process going forward. Sometime you put making these calls off as you fear the hard sell. Not in this time very relaxed and polite.

Extremely helpful! I’ll reach out again when ready.

Even though I’m not wanting to release equity for another couple of years. Both Nick and David spent time explaining things to me. Plenty of options and explained rough figures if releasing at this time.
Left me feeling happier about the whole process. I will certainly contact them first when I’m ready.
