Erbology レビュー

I’ve been using their amaranth oil + sea buckthorn oil for about a year now. I have many facial oils but these are truly working the best for anti-aging.
I randomly bought the sea buckthorn oil from enology after The Ordinary discontinued the same product and I found it is even working better than the former. Victor also gave a fast delivery for free when he learned that I was catching my flight soon.
Highly recommended and will keep purchasing from them!

Love this company, product.

Really good products and service! Had a broken glass in my last order which was immediately replaced. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Natural organic products. Fingers 🤞 that it works. Going down a treat.

Love their products. been using them for a few years now, never disappointed.

Erbology is one of the best suppliers of health foods. I've found their highly refined natural products to be profoundly healing.

They are a little slow on processing return requests.

The store has a great variety of organic products. Fantastic selection. Great products. Shipping was quick. Articles came well packed to prevent damage during the transport. Recyclable packaging shows company's engagement.

Absolutely love this Organic Turkey Tail! The taste is amazing, and I honestly can’t imagine having my morning coffee without it anymore.
The delivery was super fast, and the communication with the team was absolutely top-notch — friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish.
I highly recommend giving it a try! I’ll definitely be trying some of their other products as well.

I have sofar used their Organic Virgin Olive Oil, Grass Powders, and Black seed oil. All products of absolute highest quality and freshness!! Logistics/shipping also first rate.

Great product, quality oil. FedEx ruined the delivery, but Victor from Erbology followed up immediately and resolved the whole issue. Excellent customer services

Fabulous products and excellent customer service - what more could you ask for? Love the walnut oil and hibiscus powder. Thanks Erbology.

I've ordered a couple of times from Erbology and have been impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of products.
I was kept up to date with emails all along ordering and waiting for delivery.
Some of the items I ordered weren't quite to my taste although there was nothing actually wrong with them.
I've had several flavours of the crackers, they all had a nice crisp snap to them but the flavours didn't seem to be as interesting as I was hoping.
As I say, there was nothing wrong with them just not what i was hoping for.
I also had the selection of 3 types of granola.
All 3 flavours where nice. The fruity ones in particular and the buckwheat base gave them a nice earthy flavour.
I wasn't keen on the texture and would've preferred a more typical cluster rather than the broken sheets which they come as.
This is again, just a personal preference and the product was perfectly fine.

I love to try different interesting foods particularly foods you don't see elsewhere and so I'm very happy to have tried what I've had

I'm not sure of the dates I've ordered so have guessamated that.

Consistent high quality products over the years I have been a customer and excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with my order and they rectified it immediately - above my expectations given the scenario.

I have been ordering my powders and mushrooms from Erbology for over a year now. I am particular about where ingredients are sourced from, and Erbology does this well. They have a variety of powders and mushrooms to choose from, and have brought new items to their website since I have been ordering. They give a good description on their website about the benefits of each powder/mushroom, as well as show research articles. I like to use them in my morning protein smoothie. I have never had an issue with shipping, and the quality of the products have arrived fresh. #grateful

Terrible company to deal with. I would recommend looking at all the other 1 star reviews as their customer service is absolutely shocking, (that’s when/if they actually decide to get back to you). There is no transparency at all and customer retention is obviously not high on their agenda as a company. I will take my business where it is appreciated!
***Update to your reply below*** You sent me a personalised discount code to my email saying ‘we’ve missed you’ here is a discount code to ‘come back’ and to use on my next order! Hence the reason I ordered again. It is false advertising and misleading to give customers discount codes to incentivise them to reorder again and then don’t allow them to use it! Don’t try and gaslight me please and make out like I’m the one in the wrong with this, it is an extremely underhanded and skullduggery way to do business! I’ll wait for your next response…..

It is easy. Erbology delivers high quality products.
