Everything went fine with the buying, I paid it by bank transfer and everything was ok. Ereader Store was responsive and inspired confidence. Furthermore, I'm loving my NoteBook Air 5C.

I just received my brand new BOOX Note Air5 C from the eReader Store; order was placed this Monday afternoon, fullfilled in 20 minutes and shipped to me, in another country, in less than 2 days! Product is exactly as described, and they include free-of-charge the cover that only Book provides for free in their shop, so this the best value you can get anywhere, with the added benefits of buying from an EU shop. Excellent experience, will buy again from them!

Probably because his good price he has a high demand and the response time is over a day and not complete. However it is a legit company with good prices and good products. If you are not in a rush, a good one to go for!

I have bought 2 Boox e-readers in 5 years that were delivered to Finland. Both times the experience with ereader.store has been good: good prices and fast delivery. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is that the deliveries were done via the totally useless company UPS. As anyone who has had a delivery attempt from UPS knows, 10 out of 10 times they lose the packages, and a lot of time and energy is needed to locate them. Sometimes you actually get the package, and luckily, in the end, my two e-readers arrived.

Pedí mi Note Air 4 C el 13/07/2025 y para el dia 23 la compañia de transporte UPS ya me habian notificado de la entrega. Pasa éste dia sin pena ni gloria, pasa el siguiente y otros dos o tres dias mas. Sin entrega. Contacté con UPS y... sorpresa! - mi paquete se habia perdido. El mismo estado día tras día, "estamos intentando solucionar su problema, le proporcionaremos la fecha de entrega lo antes posible". Mi problema? Si yo no tenia ninguno, sólo me habia gastado 564 euros en un libro que se habia perdido! Contacté con ereader.store, les envié correos electronicos y lecturas de pantalla de UPS y les pedí una solución. Los responsables de la tienda sí que se han comportado y me han enviado urgente un libro nuevo. Que recibí el 13 de agosto, exactamente un mes despues de mi compra.
Por cierto, encantada con mi nuevo libro, igual que con los anteriores de la misma marca: pantalla grande de 10,3", 64 gb de almacenamiento de libros que guardo en carpetas, sub carpetas y todas las sub-sub carpetas necesarias, como genero, autor, series y demás categorias que veo necesarias.

Schnelle Lieferung, guter Preis, ABER schlechter Service, keine Rufnummer hinterlegt, auf Supportanfragen wird auch nach 14 Tagen nicht reagiert. Kontaktformular für Reparaturen und Garantiefälle funktioniert nicht! Es wird keine Rechnung verschickt! Außer einer Bestellbestätigung bekommt man keine Information. Ich kann jetzt mein defektes Gerät ohne vorherigen Kontakt einschicken und hoffen es repariert zu bekommen, oder es "verschwindet"?

I had an excellent experience with the support; they were prompt and reliable. The shipping time is not something they can manage, so expect a week for shipping. The products (boox devices) are good, but I assume you know what you want to order—definitely a recommended store for the EU.

Support ist nicht entgegenkommend und antwortet nur langsam oder gar nicht.

Am Anfang war ich skeptisch, da Design von dieser Website ein bisschen komisch für mich ist. Ursprünglich habe ich einen Boox Note Air 3C direkt bei Boox EU Store vorbestellt, leider wurde die Bestellung bei Boox nicht rechtzeitig zugeschickt. Dann habe ich die Bestellung bei Boox storniert und hier probiert. Nach Zahlung am Vormittag wurde die Bestellung am Nachmittag zugeschickt. Am nächsten Tag war das Paket schon da. Prima.

Worst customer service ever experienced.
They've stalled answering my questions so now the return period is over without me even getting the chance to ask questions.
Even if you have to pay 10% more in other places, it will be worth it.
Stay away from these people.
