I did an order on March 31.2026. After 10 days still no updates on the shipping and on the website it says preparing product for shipping. I feel it is a scam honestly.

The customer service was truly remarkable. Despite the global shipping disruptions, a beautiful Sejjada was delivered. It genuinely assists in spiritual connection, as its ample thickness alleviates knee and lower back discomfort. I feel compelled to share this with my parents, as it may enable them to pray without the need for a chair. The company has excellent customer service. When I experienced a slight delay with shipping, customer service immediately responded with my concerns and offered to either cancel order or provide a discount for the delay if I was patient to wait for the order. I kept the order and they indeed provided a small refund for the wait. This company has integrity and transparency. When I finally received the beautiful prayer rug, I was impressed by the quality and size. The rug is large and has a pretty etched design on it that honors Islam. My husband loved it because of its softness and comfort. I had a very positive experience with this company and highly recommend them for their service and quality of products!

Amazing customer care … promptly replied to my queries & the product is just WOW!!! I got the prayer mat for myself & my friend who has been complaining of knee pain …. Items took approximately 2+ weeks to receive (CN to AU). Customer service is responsive to help expedite shipping with logistics/china warehouse. My beloved rates the prayer dress quality 8/10, measurement is accurate and fit true to size. Overall, we are pleased to be able to receive the prayer dresses within month of Ramadan amd before Eid ul-Fitr.

The product I received was excellent quality with good shipping times too. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and very responsive when I needed to ask questions about my order and are some of the best staff members I've come accorss when ordering via Instagram! Highly recommended

I ordered this for my mom over a year ago, still like brand new. She loves it so much I don't know what she has done without this!!
