They were able to assist me identify the hat I saw on TV worn at the Master's Golf Tournament. I'm going on vacation and it will compliment my wardrobe. Also, besides being knowledgeable they were professional and courteous.

I had an issue with the hat I ordered (my fault/ wrong color but great quality and fit) and they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful in organizing the return. And they helped me to order the correct color and hat!! 💕 can’t wait for it to come. Thanks so much!!

Eric Javits continues to make top quality hats and bags, which I still buy occasionally, but having been a very loyal customer for about 25 years I think I can speak authoritatively about the disappointments. The lack of variety in hat design (compared to the "old days" about 10 years ago) and the demise of refurbishing services for the products has made me much less enthusiatic. I'm still holding on to my hats you no longer make, but they are in sad condition. You recommended a couple of places but they don't do hats.

I bought a $427 hat and returned it. They rejected the return citing alleged staining. They sent it back to me. I just opened it. I wish trustpilot would let me post pictures. There is no staining. At all. None that I can see. No wonder since it was never worn. And it was taken out of the box I received it in in less than 5 minutes. Buyer be ware. This website is not going to be a luxury experience if you are used to high end merchants.
