He is a total POS, and a hypocrite. He led a woke mob who tried to close down a woman's business selling sushi because she wasn't Japanese, and then he wanted to start a business selling Japanese food and he is also not Japanese.

Your an horrible person who almost got another person who just wanted to serve good sushi lose her way of making a living. Talking about culture appropriation. But do it yourself with Japanese food.

The food was horrific and left me with the most violent case of explosive diarrhea I have ever had. I puked for 3 days after eating this dog food and believe it or not it tasted better the second time around, it was that bad. If nothing else his food will help you get to know your toliet bowl in a very personal way you never thought possible.

Was invited to take part in a "private dining" experience by some friends. I can honestly say. My 10 year old daughter can cook better. This guy is trying to bring west coast trash food to NC and charge Hollywood prices.

Don't trust him his food not only taste like garbage but he's a horrible host I hired him for a party & he was very rude to my guest the funny part he was mean to the nicest guy at the party that never starts anything with anyone but somehow this guy found a way to get aggressive & yell at said guy after that
I asked him about this youtube video he was on about sabotaging some girl in NYCs restaurant & if it was true that I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt by hiring him he screamed in my face saying "how dare you accuse me of that" dude is unprofessional on top of having some crappy food he cooked

Horrible chef. Spits particles when he talks and spit gets all over the food. Needs to wear a muzzle for that. Also, horrible hygiene. This human should not be around other people’s food, let alone be a chef. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Terrible food, terrible person

This guy is a fraud. Soulless, bitter, uninspiring, so bad its not even salty, food from a descendant of the colonizing brutal Spanish Empire masquerading as some kind of woo, woke, sad man of the downtrodden chef. Do your self a favor and avoid this fake.

Not the one. Guy did all he could to destroy another persons business that he deemed was "not her culture" but cooks food from all over the world himself and even opens resturants of other cultures. Hypocrite!

Shocked by the man's racist behavior behavior on social media. The food was clapped out along with the atmosphere.

Was invited to try out a meal from this cook however the food was godawful. The website brings ur hopes up however the food taste brings it back to reality. Leave the sushi cooking to the Japanese, stick to empanadas boss.
