The academy is years ahead of its time. Dr. Sogut and team build something big and motivate, educate, and provide a platform for new people to succeed. So many interesting ideas and thoughts you can't get anywhere else than from the people who breathe and live the industry. Fantastic. Thank you.

It is always a great learning experience when Dr Erkut and his team are involved. They are truly one of the best in the business, not just in terms of successful agency but also as human being. The 12-week management course I took with Erkut Sogut has been one of the most valuable experiences of my career. Erkut was not just an teacher sharing knowledge, but a true mentor who guided me throughout the entire process. Our relationship felt like that of an older brother and younger brother. I always felt his support. The insights Erkut provided on management, the world of football, and business were invaluable.

In such an industry it is incredibly rare for someone to share such vast knowledge with others. The ESA has been incredible in educating agents in passing the exam, as well as mentorship for operating successfully and ethically as an agent. A truly unique education platform providing top class insights into the world of agents.
