Great Experience
I order about every 2-3 months. Each time I get what I ordered with no delay. I love their products. I have sensitive skin and the products I use are for sensitive skin. Thank you Erno Laszlo.

Since 1975, I've been an Erno Laszlo devotee. In my mid-twenties then, I started a new job and was having small breakouts. I was desperate to maintain my confidence and look my best. I read about Erno Laszlo, and, although it was outside my budget allowance at the time, I steeled myself and entered a top-tier ladies' shop - the only available purveyor. I've been in love with the Laszlo system ever since. There have been some ups and downs with the product over the years, but the current products and their presentation would make Dr. Laszlo very proud!

Becoming a devoted member of Dr. Laszlo followers in 1970 I find the demise of the company’s 2026 new ownership in full throttle…several unanswered emails with one simple reply “ we will get back to you in 24 hours”… over and out EL…radio silence…you’ve sold your soul.

The size of the products was very difficult to see the lotion came in such a small pot, and it was barely any lotion very disappointed in my purchase

I have been using these productsfor almost 50 years. I can’t imagine ever using anything else. I’ll be 79 and my skin looks wonderful.

I have been using erno exclusively since the late 1970s. The past few years I have experienced a dramatic decline in two things:
-availability of the products I like with no acceptable substitute
-most importantly, customer service...

It is just a personal opinion - I do not care for a lot of your packaging.
Molly is the only Customer Service assistant that is patient and explains everything clearly.
I will not call for assistance anymore unless there is a real problem.

Having used Lazslo products since the 1970's I found my recent order of Phetyl soap beyond disappointing. It is a fraction of the size it formally was and did not come with any form of case or tray. After I received the order there were spring 30% special deals as well as free shipping offers. Very chintzy presentation for a prestige skincare line. Very dissatisfied with this purchase

I was ordering a gift certificate on the Best Buy web site and somehow it changed and your name suddenly was on the gift certificate. I thought you must be a department within Best Buy (I had never heard of Erno Laxzlo) so I went ahead and purchased it.
PLEASE CANCEL THE $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE.

In less than six months the lines on my face and neck have been significantly reduced since using the Erno Laszlo products.

Have always used ERNO LASZLO and love the results on my skin. I use the Night cream, Sleep serum etc,etc….
