> I rated Absolute ERP low due to poor work culture, lack of skill development opportunities, and weak employee support. The environment felt more like a factory setup than a professional workplace — even tea had to be purchased personally, with vendors coming directly to the floor.

HR support was also disappointing. Ruchi often avoided clear communication during the exit process, and freelancer HR Ujjawal Tyagi made big commitments during hiring but lacked transparency about the actual work environment.

Concerns around job security, paid parking, delayed full-and-final settlements, and overall employee satisfaction negatively impacted my experience.

Bad environment , no timely salary , cash salary , worst management with slang language , no overtime but have to extend everyday, bad workflow , no acknowledgement. Worst environment to make carrier -- many people are fearing to comment here in order to loose job or scolding. Recommendation for company
