I purchased a course fall arrest


I purchased a course fall arrest through e safety. Upon completing the course my company did not accept the credentials because it was an online course versus Hands-On training. Prior to taking the course I had called them and asked if it's industry-wide and that it would be accepted in Alberta they said that yes it's accepted everywhere. When asked for a refund the only thing they told me is it's OH&S compliant and they didn't need to give me a refund. They were very rude and didn't offer any kind of compensation. I now have to take another course out of pocket and I am out this money as well it's tough getting back into the workforce and then having to deal with people with no integrity or sympathy. I would recommend everyone to steer clear from e-safety. There are many companies out there that are 10 times better than these guys that would have compassion and understanding.

Hello Dan,

Your review has many flaws, which makes me wonder whether it's about a completely different business.

To begin with, phone support is available only to existing customers, and you need a unique access code to speak with our representatives, so your claim that you called us before purchasing our services is impossible.

The second flaw in your review is that you describe your experience with us as "the only thing they told me..." and, literally one sentence later, you say we were "very rude." One of these contradicts the other because how can someone be "very rude" when the only interaction, as you said, is that you didn't receive support and "the only thing they told me is it's OH&S compliant, and they didn't need to give me a refund"

Lastly, you are also leaving this review as an "organic" source, not invited through the system to write a review about your experience, and your reference number is not in the format of either an order number or a certificate ID.

With all these arguments, the conclusion is fairly simple. You are reviewing a completely different experience and not something with our company.

Nice and easy

Well first of all they made a site that works and does not glitch.They made the site simple and easy to navigate.i was very impressed. I actually have nothing bad to say. John Gowans

This course is the most boring

This course is the most boring, spelling mistake filled course I have ever done. There is even a slide in it that is wrong. The AI voice in the course is so monotone/lifeless that paying attention though the course is almost impossible. I'm 100% sure this entire joke of course is nothing but AI slop. I want to give it a negative star review.

The user in question was asked to provide the Customer Order ID and email; they didn't provide an order ID, and the email and first/last name do not point to any customer in our system.

Either you're describing a different business, or you're trying to harm our reputation intentionally.

This does not reflect our services, and we will ask Trustpilot moderation to remove it.

The overall Fall Protection component was sectioned out masterfully and appreciated being able to step by step see what you're being taught. The quizing itself, was straightforward and no one should have to cheat.
