I have had such a pleasant experience renting from Escape Campus. You hear horror stories about students and less than decent landlords, but I have experienced the complete opposite. Paul, our landlord, was there at the drop of a hat if we had any queries, or to sort any problems that we had. I would 100% recommend Escape Campus for any students looking for off campus accommodation and hope to rent from them again in my final year, following my work placement!!

Paul at Escape Campus is really knowledgeable about the student letting market. He has always shown himself to be fair and honest and committed to putting high quality affordable homes on the market for students. His approachable and friendly manner is appreciated by both landlords & tenants and he has always been quick to follow up and resolve any problems reported either by the students or their landlords. I would thoroughly recommend Escape.

Viewings were easy to arrange and a very friendly service was provided. Throughout the duration of my tenancy any issues (of which there were very few) that arose were dealt with quickly and with very little inconvenience on my part! Would recommend.

Paul was amazing helped me with my transition from home to university in Lancaster. He is ever so helpful, respectful, kind and a good landlord overall, l wouldn't have asked for a better person to handle my transition than him grateful.12/10 amazing definitely would recommend

Interaction with landlord has been great, will reply to messages quickly and get any problems sorted straight away.
Is flexible on paying rent according to when the student loan arrives.
House is of good standard, some fixtures are beginning to break or have problems but once reported are sorted quickly.
Very happy!

As a landlord based overseas and owner of 3 student houses, using Excape Campus gives me the total piece of mind in regard to the properties. The tenants are all very happy with the speed in which problems are dealt, and the ease of communication in regards to rent payments and moving out procedure.

The line of communication that Escape Campus uses with the tenants (What's app) is a perfect way to ensure all tenants in each property are up to speed and responsive.

I have complete piece of mind and confidence that the houses are maintained and any issues resolved, and Escape Campus keeps me up to date with any issues and advises on appropriate maintanence.
