I would like to share my experience with this school. I initially contacted them because I wanted to study there. However, from the beginning there were serious organizational problems. The start date of my course was changed multiple times — the first scheduled start date was postponed three or four times. On the day when I was told my course would finally begin, no one informed me that it had been postponed yet again because the group had not been filled.

Due to these repeated delays, I requested a refund, as the situation clearly did not match the conditions we had agreed upon. I was assured that the refund would be issued. However, a month passed, and I still did not receive my money, nor did anyone contact me with an update.

Eventually, since I received no information at all, I decided to join the group anyway. I tried to connect five or six times. This was supposed to be a B2-level group, but the students in the class were not even close to a B1 level. This made studying extremely difficult because the stated level and the actual level did not match.

The teaching process was also highly ineffective. The teacher spoke for around 10 minutes with very little structure, and then told us to “join the group and review everything on your own for 20–30 minutes”. This pattern repeated throughout the lessons. As a result, it was nearly impossible to absorb the material due to the lack of clear explanations and proper guidance.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this school to anyone who wishes to study seriously, especially if you expect structured teaching and higher-level English instruction

Terrible experience. After a trial subscription, they charged me $60, even though I stopped using the service after realizing the English-speaking learning format wasn't for me. I asked for a refund twice, but they didn't. AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! Don't forget to cancel your subscriptions. There are so many unscrupulous companies like this out there these days that prioritize charging money over retaining customers with quality services. My experience was 2023 but I can’t choose this option here.

P.S already 21.04.2026, nobody from company didn’t contact me, but they tried to complain about my review for delete it from TrustPilot, lol. I’ll continue write everywhere reviews about this company and same who deserves 1⭐️ for protect another people.

Sono contenta di essere parte di questo Institute (Scape Campus), ho avuto un colpo di fortuna, casualmente cercavo un Institute alla altezza su Internet, e ho trovato quello Giusto......!!! Faccio complimenti ad (ILENIA) a Bari, è una wonder woman, alla altezza delle sue mansioni, una vera Ancora ⚓. I teachers, sono wonderful, fino adesso ho avuto 2 insegnante tosti! Il mio interesse e finire i così foreign language, in questo Institute arrivare al mio traguardo!!!! Grazie mille.

Ho deciso di riprendere con Escape Campus avendo avuto un’esperienza positiva nel 2021. Ad oggi sto seguendo il corso infinity, completamente Speaking e sono molto soddisfatta per la flessibilità e la quantità e la qualità delle lezioni.

La mia esperienza all’Accademia Escape Campus per la lingua inglese è stata davvero straordinaria.
Sono partita da un livello B1 e, grazie al loro percorso strutturato e altamente professionale, sono arrivata a sostenere con successo l’esame Cambridge C2.
L’organizzazione è impeccabile: lezioni online ben pianificate, materiali chiari e un metodo efficace che permette di migliorare in modo concreto tutte le competenze linguistiche. I tutor sono preparatissimi, qualificati e sempre disponibili, non solo dal punto di vista didattico ma anche umano.
Ciò che rende questa accademia davvero speciale è l’attenzione alla persona: non si limitano a “fare lezione”, ma accompagnano lo studente anche a livello personale, motivandolo e sostenendolo durante tutto il percorso.
Mi sono sentita accolta, seguita e valorizzata, tanto da sentirmi davvero a casa.
Consiglio Escape Campus a chiunque voglia migliorare il proprio inglese in modo serio, efficace e con un supporto autentico e costante.

Finalmente quest'anno, ho deciso di realizzare il mio desiderio di imparare l'inglese!! Grazie ad una collega ho avuto il piacere di conoscere la Escape Campus di Bari, potendo così avvicinarmi all'apprendimento, partendo da zero, della lingua Inglese. Approccio meraviglioso:
- sono seguita dalla mia mentore Ilenia che risolve ogni mia difficoltà;
- la gestione delle mie lezioni è affidata a Federica.
Loro mi seguono per ogni cosa e questo è importante per le lezioni on line.... il mio voto per loro è 10!!!
Da ultimo il merito va alla mia insegnante di Inglese Terry a cui va un feedback da 10 e lode....

Consiglio vivamente questa scuola a chiunque volesse imparare una nuova lingua straniera perchè l'organizzazione e la professionalità sono al Top.

Fi a inscrição no curso de conversação porque não nos deixam fazer uma aula experimental.
A aula foi péssima, a professora era péssima.

Mesmo dia, já que não tinha nem recebido o contrato (ainda não recebi) Isso faz quase um mês.
Nunca mais consegui falar com ninguém na escola, todos ignoram minhas mensagens e e-mails. Para vender o curso foram super atenciosos, mas para resolver qualquer problema, todos somem.
Fiz uma aula experimental na Preply e amei. Muito diferente da Escape Campus, onde as pessoas são totalmente anti profissionais.
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA ESCOLA.

Mi sono iscritta da un mesetto e tutto sommato ad oggi non posso lamentarmi. Le lezioni 1 to 1 sono interessanti come le lezioni nelle class room anche se, se ci sono più di 10 persone, è difficile colloquiare, inoltre ci sono insegnanti che dovrebbero parlare più lentamente (più volte sollecitati a farlo) nelle classi livello A0, in quanto si parte dal presupposto che non conosciamo l'inglese, come Alexandra che per me è il top delle insegnanti delle live. Le lezioni registrate dovrebbero essere integrate con qualche cosa in più.

I like that we communicate, read, and talk to others without being ashamed.

I think was a Good experience to improve and practicing the lenguage , the most importante making friends and move to another country for listening and living the inmersive process. Was dificult find a Good place to live .. maybe the school May be better in some organization with the students. As well as we miss the coffe they gave and then they take off. Still waiting better coffe. Practicing and learning Was a challenge for confidence in my case. I think
the teacher Could be better if they mix with natives and the school would get more cool maybe more hours a day For the expensive cost of the course. Is not enough the grammar and 3 months I need more than that for having a Good level. But now i have the tools for start learning and practice more.

Все още съм в началото на курса с Escape Campus, но първите ми впечатления са много положителни - отлични!
Атмосферата е приятна и мотивираща, а учителите обясняват ясно и с внимание, а уроците са интересни и практични.
Чувствам подкрепа и ми е изключително приятно да уча в такава среда.
Очаквам с интерес как ще се развия през следващите месеци.

If I had to describe my experience with Escape Campus in one word, it would be: stressful. It's stressful constantly fighting to be respected and not to make a fool of yourself.
It's true that it's not a scam because you do actually complete a course. But do we really have to settle for the bare minimum? Let me give you an example: I waited months for the printed version of my books because they tried to convince me it wasn't my right to have them. In fact, not only the mentor, but also the teachers will tell you that you have to buy them yourself if you don't want only the digital version. But that's not true! Just because they don't tell you they're supposed to provide you also with the printed version, because they don't want to spend money (money you'd already spent to pay for all these services, including the digital and printed versions of the books), doesn't mean you haven't already paid for them too.
As I said before, they don't tell you this, but it might happen that for some reason, the mentor does. When you actually claim them, they say it's their responsibility to only provide you the digital version (or they basically ignore your request as if it never happened). Only God knows how many times I waited for nothing until one day I luckily contacted a classmate of mine who had friends in high places ( basically the contact of one of the managers or whatever). Since then, everything has been more or less smooth (after a full 9 months of tricks, being ghosted, messed around with and lied to) .

Sono una studentessa presso Escape Campus e ho avuto alcune esperienze negative che vorrei condividere. Innanzitutto, gli esami non sono utili per conseguire una certificazione valida e accreditata, poiché non consentono di certificare ufficialmente il livello di lingua o di accedere a percorsi accademici specifici, né tantomeno servono per le graduatorie o i concorsi pubblici.

Inoltre, non è vero che le classi sono composte da un massimo di 3-4 persone, come affermato dalla scuola. Le classi sono sempre composte da minimo 4 persone, e non sempre c'è una vera interazione con persone di diverse nazionalità, come promesso. Certe volte capita di avere come compagni di corso persone con nazionalità diverse dalla propria , ma quest'ultimi rappresentano sempre la minoranza (solo 1/3 della classe ha una nazionalità differente rispetto alla maggioranza composta dai restanti 2/3).

Ho anche notato che alcuni insegnanti non hanno l'inglese come lingua madre, il che può rendere difficile comprendere certi accenti. In termini di organizzazione, affidabilità e trasparenza, la scuola potrebbe migliorare. Ad esempio, ho avuto problemi con la mentor che mi è stata assegnata , la quale è solita sparire per giorni o addirittura per settimane (rifilandomi scuse poco credibili, del tipo: "WhatsApp non mi funzionava"). Motivo per il quale, ho dovuto sempre rivolgermi ad altre persone per sollecitarla a fare ciò per cui viene pagata. Costei, inoltre, tende ad essere contraddittoria (per non dire bugiarda) , nel momento in cui mi dice: "l'iscrizione non prevede libri digitali + cartaceo" , dopo che lei stessa mi aveva precedentemente detto che mi avrebbero fornito la versione cartacea, essendo quest'ultima inclusa nell'acquisto. Ovviamente , se non fosse stato per lei, a me non sarebbe mai passato per la mente di richiedere i libri cartacei (pur avendo riscontrato innumerevoli problemi con l'accesso agli e-book e pur non avendo la garanzia di poter sempre fare affidamento al materiale didattico digitale fornitomi momentaneamente dalla compagnia). Ciò accade perchè , spesso e volentieri, certe compagnie omettono intenzionalmente alcuni dettagli cruciali, prima di effettuare il versamento. Sono passati mesi e mesi e ancora sto aspettando i libri che mi spettano di diritto e che sicuramente non mi vengono offerti gratuitamente da nessuno.

Ho anche avuto problemi con la gestione delle registrazioni delle lezioni e la mia privacy non è stata rispettata. Quando ho segnalato questi problemi alla mia mentor, la risposta non è stata soddisfacente. Infatti , ella non ha potuto fare altro che negare ,per l'ennesima volta, l'evidenza nonostante ci siano delle registrazioni nelle quali si può perfettamente constatare il contrario.



In generale, la mia esperienza con Escape Campus è stata negativa e non la consiglierei a nessuno. Onestamente, se potessi tornare indietro nel tempo, non rifarei nessun corso di lingue (a prescindere dalla compagnia) perchè sono solo soldi sprecati; motivo per cui in futuro cambierò completamente metodo.

Bună, astazi am avut prima zi de curs sunt foarte incantata ,mi s a părut totul asa de ușor, acum am realizat cât de simplu poate fi de atâtea ori ma simțeam atât de rusinata ca nu știam sa ma exprim corect . Aștept cu nerabdare următoarea clasa mulțumesc foarte mult Alexandrei pentru ajutorul oferit pentru a întra la curs !
