Took a lot of back and forth,but glad funds was recieved.
So initially, I had trouble getting my funds because the bank details were not accepted. But thankfully, Dean, the Ops manager, came to the rescue, was on the call with me for minutes trying to help and answer my questions. Im glad I get to recieve the funds today.

A transaction of 1200 GBP has been pending for over 4 months, which is far longer than expected. Communication has been slow and often repetitive, without clear and direct answers.
The company states that proof of transfer exists, but the situation is still unclear, as the receiving side reports that no funds have been received so far.
Overall, the process has been frustrating due to the lack of transparency and delays. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, but based on this experience, I would be cautious.

They canceled my account without giving…
They canceled my account without giving any reason. I didn’t even know about it until I called them. I had an important payment that was supposed to be received through this platform, and now it’s completely messed up because of their actions.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. A platform that handles financial transactions should never behave like this.
Do NOT use this platform — it can seriously ruin your business.
P.S. I contacted their support before regarding an address verification issue I was facing. Later, when I called again, they told me my account had been canceled. When I asked for the reason, they refused to provide any explanation and said they could not disclose it. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable.

Subject: Unreliable Escrow: They allowed the buyer to keep my asset AND get a refund!
"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Escrow.com's lack of protection for sellers. I completed a transaction (Transaction ID: 13142843) for my domain. I followed all protocols, transferred the domain to the buyer, and the buyer confirmed receipt.
However, due to a technical dispute/ban on the marketplace side (Flippa), Escrow.com allowed a full refund to the buyer while the buyer STILL HOLDS my domain.
This is a fundamental failure of what an 'Escrow' service is supposed to be. Your job is to ensure a fair exchange. Instead, you facilitated a scenario where I lost my digital property and received ZERO payment. You have essentially helped the buyer scam me out of my asset.
I have the proof of transfer, and yet, you chose to reverse the payment without ensuring the asset was returned to me first. This is professional negligence. I demand an immediate investigation into Transaction 13142843 and the recovery of my funds."

Delayers
This company provides escrow services at a very competitive price. However, what seems like a perk, is really a bait. They are not interested in making money on the fees, they make their kill on scientifically delaying every aspect of the transaction as much as possible, thus holding on to large amounts of cash for an extended period of time. If you need a smooth and fast transaction, they will work against you, in an extremely kind manner, in every step of the process.Beware

I don't recommend to anyone to use this…
I don't recommend to anyone to use this platform. I decided for a first time to use this service in order to sell my facebook group, but i ended up both without the group and without the money. The reason: the buyer refuses that he received the group even if i prove with SCREENSHOTS that it is delivered 100% as agreed, and for some unknown reason, the platform doesn't protect the seller in those cases and the funds remain frozen still after 12 days. Stay away from this service.

I have been waiting on my transaction…
I have been waiting on my transaction for more than 14 days now. I have been calling everyday, but there is no chance to get in contact with them. I would really appreciate a call back finally so we can discuss this. It is a big amount of money, I need to be able to reach out and get answers : help wherever it’s needed.
