You placed an order on Sunday 28 May. We actually processed your order the same day and delivered it personally to Royal Mail's sorting office. As Monday was a bank holiday and Royal Mail doesn't process orders on bank holidays, your order was processed by Royal Mail on Tuesday 30 May and it was delivered at 9:21am the very next day (Wed 31 May), so it was delivered in less than 24 working hours. We are sorry you felt this sending time was terrible. We do feel we did everything to ensure your order was delivered as quickly as possible, particularly over the bank holiday weekend, but please let us know how we can improve?
