I’ll be honest

I’ll be honest, I was super suspicious at first because the price for a Japan plan seemed too good to be true. I kept waiting for the catch, but once I landed in Narita and scanned the QR code, it connected instantly.

Great experience with eSIMCircle

Great experience with eSIMCircle! The activation process was super fast and easy, and the connection worked perfectly during my trip. No need to deal with physical SIM cards which made everything much more convenient. The data speed was stable and reliable as well. Highly recommend eSIMCircle for anyone who needs a simple and trustworthy eSIM service!

Poor performance in Caribbean

Bought TWO esims for the Caribbean cruise. Worked the first day and that was it. Spent £20 on ship’s WiFi to be able to contact esimcircle and then eventually got two new ones that weren’t that much better. Worked in one island but then not another and all of them were allegedly covered by the eSIM

We understand that the eSIM did not work properly in Puerto Rico, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

However, based on the usage data from our system, we noticed that after leaving Puerto Rico, both of your original Caribbean eSIMs continued to be used and were eventually fully consumed, which indicates that they were working on the other islands during your cruise.

In addition, the two replacement eSIMs we provided also showed data usage, suggesting they were functioning in other covered destinations as well.

We are currently working with our network partners in Puerto Rico to investigate and resolve the issue there. As a gesture of apology, we also provided you with a discount code for future orders.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience on your next trip.

Easy purchase, good price and easy install.
Works great calling local and US numbers.

Please make sure the price sticker doesn’t cover the installation instructions.

Quick Help via WhatsApp Support

Had issues activating Thailand eSIM on my iPhone 11. Email was a bit slow, but WhatsApp support was fast and super helpful. Got my issue sorted quickly once I messaged them there.

Smooth, hassle-free experience - highly recommend!

Super easy and worked right away

Honestly, I was a little skeptical about trying an eSIM for the first time, but eSIMCircle made it really simple. The instructions were clear and I got my eSIM working on my phone in less than 10 minutes. Used it for a trip to Europe and had no issues with data or coverage. I also emailed support once (just to double-check something) and they replied within minutes, which was awesome. Way better than messing with local SIM cards. Would use again!
