Would give no stars. They activated my wife's SIM and my SIM 7 days early. Now we are in Spain my data is not working and they have told me to talk to Orange and it's not their problem. Avoid this company. Am stuck in the middle of Spain with no data and no support. I understand issues arise but they dump you as soon as they can. Thanks esimHolidays. You should look to improve your customer service and support and stop shifting blame to everyone else !! Just got an eSim through Revolut it's a banking app but does esim. And my phone is working perfectly for data and calls within seconds. Used it previously in Morocco. It's not as cheap but it works !!!!!

In August I paid for a 28-day eSIM to be used in Spain. I specified the start date to be September 14th, which is when I was starting to travel in Spain. On the 26th, the eSIM expired well before the 28 days. The idiots at this company activated the eSIM when I paid for it, not on the date I specified I would start my trip.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Scammers? Idiots? End result is the same....

Bought Esim 60GB for 15 days, initially looks like it worked for a few minutes. After those first few minutes, no connection, not able to get it working again. Tried costumer support, send you to Orange so no help at all. Either a scam or just really bad. 100% to avoid.

Complete scam. Took hours to deliver. Contacted customer support 3 times, no response. Avoid at all costs

My wife purchased a plan 2 days ago to go active today, their website says that you will receive the QR code to go active at 00:10 CET on the day of activation. It's now 06:30 CET and haven't received anything at all from them today.

Schon nach einer Woche (von 15 Tagen) funktioniert die eSIM nicht mehr. Der Support reagiert spät und nicht hilfreich. Vorsicht Abzocke - Finger weg!

Bought card. 55gb allowance. Used 256mb. Says all gone inc 10€ credit. Cannot contact their support
