I purchased a esim for Europe and it was absolutely fantastic and never it missed a beat. I travelled from country to country and it just worked NO issues at all. IT JUST WORKED !!!!

The best reliable eSim I've used
The best reliable eSim I've used. I have looked at some of the other reviews regarding coverage, however it is important to note that usually coverage depends on the local telecom company, not the eSim itself. I've found eSimmy very easy to install, the company replied to a question I had promptly. No faults, cannot recommend highly enough and I will continue to use eSimmy for all my travels. Thanks!

Not as reliable as all these previous reviews. No 24//7 support as advertised.
This company advertises they are Australia owned and operated with 24/7 customer service. This is not the case. They are based in NZ, and don't have 24/7 customer service as took 14 hours to get a response from them when I needed it whilst in Europe once and a further 4 hours for a response. Sure they are more affordable than other companies, but that came at a cost of poor internet connection in a few destinations and lack of support. Not a great experience as we relied on internet to navigate around different countries. Hotel and restaurant free wifi was our saviour.

Highly recommended for travelers!
I used eSIMMY in Thailand, and it was fantastic! Activation was straightforward, allowing me to skip the hassle of finding a local simcard upon arrival. I could not use this eSIM
I could not use this eSIM. My phone did not accept it. Perhaps my home phone deal would not allow another brand. I asked eSIM for a refund and they said it was not their policy.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased eSimmy for my trip to Mexico, main reason being it included TelCel, the best coverage for Mexico. I was unable to connect to TelCel because management at eSimmy had retrospectively cancelled all TelCel connections. I was therefore forced to cancel this account and try to find another TelCel network provider. Pathetic customer service.

Android compatible is misleading
I upgraded my mobile phone from G4 to G5 thinking that would gave me access to eSIM technology. It doesn’t.
It would be easy for eSIMMY to double check for phone model in every order, but they don’t. They only annonce « every sale is final ».

Hi Gordon, we have all the compatible devices that support eSIMs on our website which you decided to ignore before purchasing the eSIM. Unfortunately once an order is placed, we are unable to refund an eSIM if your device is not compatible. We recommend to check if your device is compatible before placing an order

We have live chat and email support for customers if they are experiencing any issues but we have not received a message from you saying that your eSIM was not working. Its disappointing to read a negative review before making contact with us first to see if the settings on your phone are correct.
