Great professional service and communication. Will definitely use again if needed

A good honest company who diagnosed the problems with my Sage Barista Touch espresso machine. A service and fix was carried out. Vittorio was thorough in explaining the problem, demonstrated the fix in his worskhop and gave great advice on maintaining the machine as well as how to get the best out of it. Would highly recommend reaching out to this company if you have any problem with your espresso machine.

Great service, rejuvenated an old malfunctioning machine back to a daily workhorse.

Knowledgeable, efficient and timely.

I can’t recommend Espresso Rescue highly enough. Vitorrio came out the next day to look at our machine and immediately diagnosed the problem. Such an amazing service.

I recently had the pleasure of using Espresso Rescue for a repair on my Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, and I can confidently say this is the best repair service I’ve ever encountered. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and highly professional.

The owner is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about coffee machines. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the potential issues and repair options. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

What impressed me most was their transparency and honesty. They provided a detailed estimate upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises. The repair itself was completed swiftly and with exceptional craftsmanship.

In addition to their technical expertise, Espresso Rescue also offers a variety of maintenance tips and advice to keep your machine running smoothly. This extra touch shows their dedication to customer satisfaction and long-term service.

Overall, Espresso Rescue is a gem in the world of coffee machine repairs. If you want expert service, fair pricing, and someone that genuinely cares about your coffee experience, look no further. I highly recommend Espresso Rescue to any coffee enthusiast in need of repair or maintenance. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me!

Well what can i say apart from absolutely amazing first class customer service.
I had a problem with my grinder so decided to drop them a message.
They could of easily advised i send it in to be fixed but instead they sent me a diagram, lots of help and advice and their responses were swift and well out of normal hours.
In this day and age this kind of help and level of care is almost unheard of.
I will be recommending them to anyone and using them anytime i need new equipment.
Loyalty has been secured, thank you again for all your help.

Great communication and service from Espresso Rescue. Fixed my Sage Oracle machine with no fuss, gave it a service and returned it with a free bag of coffee. It's now working perfectly making great coffee. The advice offered to keep my machine in perfect working order was also very welcome. Would thoroughly recommend Espresso Rescue and will be getting my machine regularly serviced by them.

Vittorio was extremely helpful. Not only did he repair my machine, he fully serviced it and shared some very useful tips for keeping in great working order and how to ensure I get the best out of it. He set it up for me and the first drink I had on getting it home was perfect. I would definitely use again and recommend. I will also be buying the beans he supplies, they are fab.

Espresso Rescue serviced my rocket R58. Vittorio did a first class job and is incredibly knowledgeable about all coffee machines. After the service my machine was better than new. Could not recommend espresso rescue any higher. It was a pleasure to meet someone with passion and care for his work.

Absolutely sterling service from Espresso Express, an absolute pleasure dealing with Vitoria a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and courteous, I won’t hesitate to use this company again!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was very quick and thorough. I had my machine back fixed in 6 days.

Above and beyond doesn’t even come close. Incredibly helpful, professional and friendly with the best customer service I have probably ever received. I had continuous updates as to the fixing of my machine, even a mini video, and then, on collection, I was given a tutorial on how to maintain the machine, and best of all on how to make the ultimate coffee. The pricing is very reasonable for the fix, but very much more than reasonable considering the overall service provided. Thank you so much.

Vittorio is a very knowledgeable guy. Helps you understand the process and your needs. Very reasonable pricing
I feel like I lift with a great machine, and a bigger brain to help me enjoy coffee more in future.
I'll be back for sure

Excellent service from the moment we got in touch right through until I picked up my fixed machine. We were kept informed of what the problem was and how much parts and service would be. We also had the choice to continue with the repair or not free of charge.
Would highly recommend and also use again!

We are truly happy with their customer service. The Expresso Rescue Team gave us complete guidance through messages and videos after having some isaues with our coffee machine. Eventually we had to send the machine and they quickly fix it and sent it back. They are trustful, efficient and professional.

My coffee machine was serviced by Vittorio. It’s so professional and knowledgeable man. Machine was completely cleaned, parts which need replacement exchenged, professionally descaled. It looks like absolutely new one. It’s not just rinse and go service, it’s fully detailed precise work. Vittorio has awesome knowledge about what he is doing, he explained everything was done, shows me used seals and share with many advices how to maintain machine daily to keep it healthy for long time. It’s diamond 5 stars service. Highly recommend to every coffee lover ❤️

So nice to find Espresso Rescue in a world where it's often cheaper to buy new because the manufacturer charges a fortune. Espresso Rescue repaired my machine at a reasonable price within a week. They are friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly consider buying my next machine from them.

Buying a coffee machine from them was not just a simple purchase, it was an experience. They definitely know their stuff. I would highly recommend them, now we can have a proper coffee at home. Thank you
