After comparing several lighting stores I chose Essaro because the designs felt more refined. The pendant lamp has a premium glass finish that catches the light beautifully in the evening. It was easy to fit and the quality feels well worth the price. The three year warranty gave me extra confidence too.

Masquerading as a Dutch business but ships direct from China. Good takes several weeks to arrive and broken in box, very poor customer services and trying to get out of refunding. awful experience.

My order arrived earlier than expected and the lamp looked exactly like the photos. The finish is beautiful and the quality exceeded my expectations.

I was excited when my pendant light arrived, but unfortunately the glass shade had a small crack. I contacted customer support right away and they responded much faster than I expected. They arranged a replacement without making the process complicated. The new lamp arrived in perfect condition and looks beautiful in my dining room. The issue was disappointing, but I appreciate how professionally they handled it.

I fell in love with the design online but I was still nervous about ordering a glass light. It arrived incredibly well protected and without a single mark. The finish is beautiful and the light makes the dining area feel much softer in the evenings. Even my installer commented on the quality.

My sister recommended essaro and I'm glad she did. I chose the lightaura fixture for my reading corner it instantly made the room feel warmer and more inviting..the installation wasnt difficult even for someone with little experience.
