Amazing producys

I wanted some CBD balm but I couldn't find any without added essential oils. I messaged this company and they made me some unscented balm. It's a life saver! I have such severe tight & sore muscles... Well I did! I don't now after using this. I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased marine cream. It arrived promptly and nicely packaged. The cream felt nice and rich, a bit heavier than my previous brand. Unfortunately after using the cream a few days I started to get some inflammation so I obviously cant use. I do have this reaction to lots of creams and dont know what specific ingredient I cant tolerate.

I have received a package from essencial boutique but as it is a gift i cannot comment on the actual products. The items were dispatched quickly and arrived in good time and i will be ordering again.

The product is good, but the delivery was too long. Over a week and some change. In the age of Amazon, it should be quicker.

Received order with lid not screwed on so product had leaked out. Product didn't smell like fragrance advertised. There was a faint smell of coffee, definitely wasn't picking up on cinnamon, which was the smell I was really hoping for. Unfortunately it wasn't the product I was hoping for. Disappointing.

I’ve ordered from here before with no issues and a 5* review. I absolutely loved the products so much (bought for a friend after initially getting it myself as a present) that I ordered another one. However this time, I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered a present for a friend to be delivered to her address. When checking the email confirmation and the tracking details on shop, it was noted for her address and the map had her town on it. I’ve then been on holiday and the order has not arrived at my friends house, despite being ordered for her birthday. I emailed the contact details on the confirmation email to ask for tracking details, as I couldn’t find these on the shop app the shipping email suggested they could be found on, and received no reply.
I got home from my holiday, more than a week after it was due to arrive, to find a missed delivery note. Somehow the package has been delivered to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I’ve tried to contact them over live chat today but to no avail, and don’t hold out much hope for the email address after my lack of response previously. I really hate leaving low reviews but I’m now stuck with a birthday present for a friend that I won’t see for at least another couple of months, no communication from the shop and I don’t want to pay for shipping for a heavy candle.

Hi I love the order but i asked for the calendula and comfrey and receive the lemongrass on instead ?

I initially received the collagen face cream as a gift and it was so amazing I purchased more when it was finished. My only disappointment is that my new jar is lacking the strong fresh lemon scent of the first. As well as it being great for my skin, the smell always boosted my mood. Please, go back to the wonderful aroma of lemons!!!!

As always, fab products at great prices with efficient service too. What I really love is that p&p is free, even if just one product is ordered. You really can't go wrong with Essential Boutique!!

The remedy i purchased is of utmost quality.

Aside from the Product, the service, packaging and delivery was excellent.

Essentialboutique is trusted website. Delivery is free and relatively quick, customer service is working well. I am giving 4, because I am not satisfied with the cleansing balm. There is no instruction how to use the product on the package, and I had to contact customer service. But I still not feel happy as my face was oily at the beginning after using the balm and then, after I started to use to it correctly, my face is dry with lots of red spots. Sadly I won't buy this product again.

This is my third time ordering from Essential Boutique and I honestly love their products and customer service.
My order included Sulphur Mask and a Lemongrass & Sweet Orange Face balm.
I've used the balm over three days thus far and my skin feels soft and looks luminous.
I feel so very happy.

Last year for the first time in my life I suffered with severe Periorificial Dermatitis, developed post Covid due to my immune system being hit badly.
I had barely any symptoms, yet the severe side effect which developed gradually(within three months) and settled on my entire face, neckline, behind ears, neck, under hair ext. I decided to try Essential Boutique's products to help myself heal on the outside, while I was on a very strict elimination diet to heal my gut(I am a Nutritionist).
I was so pleased with the effects of both the balm and the Sulphur Mask (I ordered the exact same products the first & second time around).
The mask felt so good on the skin and always left my face feeling hydrated and bright, it did help tremendously with getting rid of the scars I had.
The balm is so good, has a beautiful texture and smells divine, I absolutely love my skin after using it.

Initially I discovered Essential Boutique on Etsy and that's where I made my first order.
All their products are homemade and fully natural (chemical free) and they use sustainable packaging. My order was shipped on the very next day and reached me within a week(at most).
They are so very kind, always surprising me with gifts added to my order(handmade soaps and face mask testers). I am so very grateful.

I highly recommend this family business to anyone, who is looking for natural products that are made with love and really work.

I regularly buy the kilo of soap off cuts and am always delighted with my purchase. The off cuts are good chunky sizes and a great variety of different fragrances. The soap is gentle on your skin too. Packaging is eco friendly and delivery arrives quickly.
