I started purchasing oil from this company about 4 years ago. It is the best oil 100% pure. I highly recommended to anyone that's looking for Pure essential oils with great customer service.

I had been a returning customer spending over $100 on a regular basis...last order was over $170. I always request glass bottles 4 best essential oil storage of the items I purchase. They sent everything in aluminum. I often ask 4 small samples & they had been excellent about sending them. Buying online it is important when dealing with scents (in my opinion) because they're NOT right down the rd & we're ordering online blindly. They sent me samples previously, but this time not only ignoring the glass request they ignored the request 4 a sample. I told them I was looking 4 a light colored or clear sweet citrus essential oil scent because I make my own body sprays & deodorants. Disappointed they ignored both requests I actually complained 2 customer service explaining that I'm a faithful customer that spends a small fortune in their products. I received an email back saying that they don't always have glass available & can't guarantee it, everyone stores essential oils in the aluminum they use. They continued that I should buy small quantities of any essential oils I'm interested in 2 determine whether I want 2 purchase larger quantities of them later. They didn't seem 2 care...they offered I could return my $170 order. They used 2 b what seemed like a customer oriented business, but all the other positive reviews I had left in the past must've helped others decide 2 purchase thru this fairly new business. Hopefully I can find those positive reviews & remove them as I no longer endorse their business. I spend 2 much annually with them 2 b treated like garbage, yet I'm not wasting my $ shipping the items back 4 what would end up being a partial refund due 2 poor customer services. P.S. I still have the email I sent & the 1 received from them 2 verify my experience. I was hoping 2 leave a screen shot of each, but I don't have the option 2 post pics. Realistically I would've been happy with them offering a free small sample guaranteed with my next purchase, a free empty 16 oz glass bottle with my next purchase, anything really...I'm easy 2 please & would've continued having great things 2 say about them...instead, they've grown 2 big 4 their britches & have no interest in keeping faithful customers.

I have tried other suppliers, but for the price and quality, I think HBNO is the best.

They have great oils at great prices! They offer all the info experienced oilers will advise you to look for: botanical name, origin of oil, etc., and they offer certificates of analysis and proof of testing. Their customer service is great, as well. I felt like I scored big-time when I discovered them.

Excellent products at amazing prices. The only thing is time with Fed ex it takes a little long I don’t know if it’s because from the West coast to East. Other then than customer service is always there to help. They have always resolved my issues in a timely manor & very kind & professional.
