They’ll lie to you just to make the sell and continue lying after the sale. I put trust into this company for a part I desperately needed only for them to give me the runaround, leave me on hold for over an hour and tell me too bad 🤷🏻‍♂️. I even paid the extra $3 for the priority status which is another ripoff that they offer. You’re better off going to a trusted source for the parts you need when you need them. They guarantee that the parts will be there “by the date we promise” but don’t stand behind that either.

Quick shipping, definitely authentic Square D part. I had a problem and return and replacement happened very fast. I am looking here first for any future electrical parts purchases.

Also, look at google reviews, over 400, average rating 4.7. Take these negative reviews with a grain of salt. One person didn't even order anything, just posting negative. Note that Essential Electric and Essential Parts are the same company.

Order Canceled After Taking My Money and Confirming

I ordered a General Electric 400A 240V 3-pole non-fusible disconnect (TGN332S) from Essential Electric on December 7. The order was confirmed, my card was charged, and I even paid extra to “prioritize my order.” Based on that confirmation, I made a commitment with my customer and scheduled the installation.

Today I received an email saying my order was canceled.

No alternative was offered, no real explanation, and no help to resolve the problem they created. This put me in a very bad position with my own customer and cost me time and money.

If you are a contractor who depends on delivery dates and confirmed orders, be very careful ordering from this seller. In my experience, they are not reliable and do not respect the commitments they confirm and charge for.

I SAW ON SEVERAL FACEBOOK POSTS THAT THIS COMPANEY WAS A SCAM, I NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM BUT TRUST PILOT HAD NO RATTING AND THOUGHT I WOULD PASS THE OTHER SCAM INFO ON TO THIS SIGHT BE CARFUL OUT THERE, LOTS OF SCAMS ALL AROUND THE WORLD GOOD LUCK
