Did not receive my order. Messaged twice and did not receive any response. Therefore my experience was obviously not very positive.

I have a monthly renewal my account was debited but I did not receive the goods I have emailed 3 times asking for a explanation and had no reply I have been patient but this is unacceptable I will be cancelling my account and would say this company's aftercare is abysmal

The product is great and does what it's meant to do. The only complaint I have is delivery. The non tracked option usually takes at least a week and a half. My laat order did not arrive at all. Ive emailed about this and had no reply. The product alone I'd have given 5 stars, but with the delivery problems only 3 stars overall.

I have had a poor service because a subscription I didn’t order was sent to me 4 times and I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded and this was promised but didn’t happen. The issue is still unresolved. Be careful when putting in a subscription with this business.

Still waiting for the delivery, now been a week since I placed the order

I had a great deal of trouble trying to email them when I tried to cancel my subscription.

Product doesn't work. Very difficult to get any response from the business in terms of communication.

I can only give four bcos I've only just got them but I have to give you this for the speed of delivery.

Does what it says on the tin - middle aged still training hard and needed a supp that not only helped but also fed the engine - have it on subscribe so it’s never late been using it for over 6 months with great results
