If I could give 0 stars I would. Total SCAM. I was getting plenty of leads through my social media advertising that I paid EXTRA for. The “coaches” ghosted, website changed just to keep access, and after paying way too much for what I thought would be a team that would support my growth, they 100% ghosted me on all fronts. If I was still in the window of time to dispute my card charges I would have. Considered getting an attorney. They are an absolute rip off and should be sued for the thousands they take out of agents pockets who want to further themselves. Their AI bot was worse than my 6 year old at customer service

Scammers! Too much to list. Save your money! You have been warned.

A complete scam. They claim to use AI, but no proof of that actual AI. They ran ads the continually got my FB account banned, and then tried to blame me. They couldn't provide any receipts for me to put with my taxes, and couldn't provide invoices. Cost me thousands of dollars, and now don't answer any support calls. The "coach" is just an average person that is posting ads on you business FB account, that will eventually get you banned from FB for advertisement abuse.

Run away. They never refunded anything. They are not supplying leads. Scammed me nothing in return. Don't waste your money

Provides leads for free home evalutations. 80% of the leads do not want to talk to anyone. Not truly motivated to sell! Wasnt a good investment for me! Lost 7K.

Jared and Matt are awesome people to work with. They always do the right thing and have a clear vision for the client's success. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Terrible company. Terrible communication. They lure you in with promises on a sales call and then do not deliver. The leads were awful. Most were wrong numbers, fake addresses and unreachable. They said I would have quality leads booking listing appointments on my calendar. They said there was a 7 step verification process. Neither were true. Instead they promote you door knock and call 8 times and drive all over town to drop of CMAs. Not a productive use of time. When you try to address the issues you get the run around and can’t actually get help.

There sales staff lied about the leads. They are not qualified. Estate AI is a fraud funnel with nothing on the back end. They are just the same old facebook abs asking for name, address, and phone for a home valuation. Thats it.

NO AI , no autmation - nothing special. They charge $6000 and lies about everything - no 7 step qualifying on leads

I have been with Estate AI for 2 years and I have closed several Seller leads with them. They take care of my ads and coach me through out the year. They are helpful in helping YOU succeed. I closed 9 in 2023 for a total in GCI of $80,480. I love the communication with the crew with the feedback with ads. This is not a get rich quick deal however IT WORKS. If you are patient with the process and remember the longer your ads run the better they are. Thank you Estate AI for making my job a heck of alot easier! :)

Estate AI is what every real estate agent needs, not just for quality leads, but more importantly their proven closing deals strategy and awesome coaching program. I highly recommend them.

I have been with Estate ai since Sept of 2022 and the program works. I am in both the Seller and Buyer program and love it. My favorite part is closing deals. I highly recommend estate ai to realtors and brokers.

This company actually gets it...

Before working with Estate AI I knew very little on the importance of marketing, but since working with them and seeing the array of client results like Cecilia, Linda and Victor- I can say without a shadow of doubt the EAI team taught me what it means to be a top 1% realtor.

I recommend this company to any realtor who is wanting to become a serious player in their market.

I was paying for buyer leads with realtor dotcom for a year; I opted to try something new, and fell upon Estate Ai (from a Facebook ad, which is where they find my leads). It's been night and day working with EAi vs the big guns...the coaching in and of itself is worth the money, but then you get solid leads and people really want to talk to you! I have been able to add another member to my small team because of the added (and welcome) workload brought on by EAi!

These are great seller leads! If you are a full time real estate agent, Estate AI has the leads to help fuel your business.

Jared and Matt (founders of estate.ai) are amazing leaders who I've known for a long time. Both of them have shown nothing but great ambition and care for their clients and are constantly trying to improve their businesses. I've seen a lot of success stories from this company and being a real estate professional myself, I can honestly say that in this world of terrible marketing agencies, these guys know what they're doing. Their marketing strategy is very similar to ours and we have produced insane results so I'm confident that they can do the same for others. Matt is also one of the most humble, self-less people I've known which is hard to come by in the entrepreneurship space. Working with them and their company would be an honor in itself.

I had a great experience. I used the program for six months and made over $70k in commissions from the leads I got. Very well run company!

Honestly i want all people to be warned about this company. I dont' want anyone else to lose money like i did. I spent $7000 for a 6 month contract for them to provide leads to me for buyers and sellers. When i was approached by the sales folks on this they said "our system is guaranteed so that if you don't get 3 transactions from our leads in the 6 months, we will refund your money " "There is no risk to you because of this guarantee."
I worked the system for the entire 6 months, gave all the prospects CMAs, 8 calls each (minimum) and the result was no sales . ( I could give you more details but it would just be too long )
I contacted my customer service person numerous times to get the system to work ( They said they were supposed to give me 15-25 leads per month and I got maybe 5-10) ) He apologized and said they would work on it more. I never received the amount they said i would get originally. At the end of it all they refused to refund my money. The ENTIRE reason i gave them a chance is because of their guarantee that they insisted was to protect me. You will not ever get a guarantee paid back from these people. Incidently- my 6 months was over in December of 2023 and my customer service guy, Hudson, told me I would not receive any additional billing. They billed my credit card in December and January of 2024 (I called my credit card company and told them and they removed the charges, and today I had to cancel my card altogether because they wouldn't stop billing me) Run, don't ever feel like this is a missed opportunity. Take my advice and dont' trust anything they say, they are a very unethical and crooked company. Save your money !
